Like the great film, it's made with a great deal of visible affection both in front of and behind the camera.

This movie is very low-budget and extremely irritating to watch. Not the type of movie I was expecting. I would not suggest renting this to anyone. The actors were poorly chosen - the scenes looked badly thought out. At times it seemed more perverted than sadistic. It was just plain weird. I very highly doubt that the real B.T.K Killer was much like the way this actor portrayed him. A lot of the motions were spinning and twirling and jumping from the scene to slaughter scenes and it was overall .. just a very poor movie for a bounty of reasons which are too plentiful to list here. Also, it didn't help that a lot of the scenes were unrelated to the deaths of the victims and instead encompassed death scenes of animals and watching them die instead.

What a pile of ****. It is without a doubt the worst movie ever made that is on a DVD. Seriously, why is it at Blockbuster? There literally are NO POSITIVES about this movie. The only slightly positive thing I can say is that it ends. Some scenes are dragged on for what seem like years. How many ways can you hint to someone that you're about to kill them? It's seriously ridiculous. I was watching this with my cousins, and at one point, we actually just broke out in complete laughter for a good 10 minutes at how horrible this film is.The acting is TERRIBLE. The picture quality is TERRIBLE. The story line is NONEXISTENT. The visuals can be produced by a teenager on a computer. Oh and by the way, you'll find yourself laughing instead of being scared. At times, I really just turned my face away because it was that hard to watch. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this movie.I for one would rather stare at a wall for 82 minutes than watch this movie again.

Very few movies are deserving of a 0/10. There's almost always some redeemable feature in all films, despite their appalling nature. Battle For The Year 3000, for example, had some comedic parts with the 'favourite' meal being rats, and some decent one liners.BTK, deserves to be given the death sentence. BTK deserves zero. BTK should be considered a act of torture if shown to people. BTK is just that bad.It was, in fact, so bad it led me to graffiti the blockbuster video case with the following message."Of all the movies I've ever seen, this is the worst. Save your money, bash your head into a brick wall for the same effect."There is a famous thought exercise along the lines of; "Could a million monkeys at a million typewriters create Hamlet?"BTK has inspired a new one."Could a single chicken at a keyboard create a worst script than BTK".

But in this case, it's genuinely true.I don't even know where to start! First off, a huge chunk of the movie is nothing but various scenes from a slaughter house scattered in between scenes of the "plot." Those scenes are poorly shot (my three year old could do better, I'm not exaggerating) and have absolutely NOTHING to do with the story. Literally nothing! Also, numerous scenes are simply BTK hunched over some paper, writing. And very...very...sl-ooooo-wly...we hear him think what he's writing. These scenes drag on for MINUTES and are little more than him saying ridiculous, obvious things in ten words or less...very...very...sl-ooooo-wly...The one fourth of the movie that isn't a senseless slaughterhouse scene or a BTK writing scene is so poorly acted and filmed that I honestly thought my husband was joking when he popped this movie in, I really did believe (until the credits rolled) that this was some lame thing one of his brothers and their friends did together when they'd had too much to drink.PLEASE, for your own sake, be smart and don't waste the hour (+) of your life or the $1 for video rental on this disaster! I was stupid, I didn't come on here to check out reviews before I watched it, please be smarter than I was!!!
