Phil Spencer catches up with househunters who were keen to fly the nest. In 2017, Chloe was looking to move out of her parental home and find her own slice of Reading. But Chloe's dad, who was helping with funds, had his own idea of what kind of place his daughter should buy, which didn't align with her own thoughts. In 2019, Ella and Grant were looking for their own place to start their lives together. But as Phil soon realised, Grant seemed nervous about moving out of his mum's house.
Phil catches up with Poppy and Mike, who were renting their perfect home... that wasn't for sale. And are Hayley and James still living the dream in their 'unicorn' home?
In Glasgow, Kirstie helps Laura and Euan, who've recently moved back from Sydney, find a place that feels like home, while Phil shows Miriam and David pristine to project and city to suburb.
In vibrant Leeds, Phil's with Kinga and Dave as they take on the fast-moving market, while Kirstie helps Max put down roots up north to be closer to new partner Dan.
