Phil catches up with Mel and Jon in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. And Kirstie meets with Liz and John, a year after helping them look for a place to live in Derby.

Kirstie catches up with Kate Harland in Liverpool and Kelly Price and Emma Wilcox in the south of England.

Kirstie and Phil return to south London to catch up with twins Chris and Matt Wickham, who were buying together, and trainee solicitor Jemma Pollock, who was after her first home.

Kirstie and Phil are in urban east London and the rural Essex countryside, helping two couples who know exactly what they want and are not afraid to say it. In Essex, Kirstie is working with a £1,000,000 pot to find Tom and Lisa a family home. In East London, design-conscious couple James and Anisha have been searching for their first home together for almost two years. Can Phil help them out?

Phil is beside the seaside, while Kirstie is covering the countryside as they take on the Norfolk property market searching for homes for two sets of house-hunters. Phil helps young-at-heart pensioners John and Peggy who are relocating to Norfolk from Derby to fulfil their dream of living by the sea. Kirstie searches with Yvonne and Lisa, a couple who have been trying to find a place in rural Norfolk for over a year and have reached the end of their tether.

Phil and Kirstie hit the capital to help a young family and a pair of first-time buyers get a slice of the London property pie in and around Archway and Holloway and West Hampstead.

In south Gloucestershire, Phil meets the Shrewsbury family, who are looking to put down roots. And in Bristol, Kirstie lends a much needed helping hand to newlyweds Fran and Tom.

Kirstie and Phil look back at their property finding mission in the Granite City: Aberdeen. Both sets of house hunters relocated here for work, both were looking for family homes and both wanted to find them quickly.

Kirstie catches up with vicar Ian and his wife Peta from east London. And Phil revisits Ben and Lucy in south London.

Kirstie helps sisters Gemma and Lucy find a home in costly Berkshire while Phil helps newlyweds Hannah and Hassan find a four bedder in Buckinghamshire. The average house prices in the Home Counties are around £800,000. Having viewed almost 40 properties without success, Hannah and Hassan are still chasing a four bedroom house in the pricey towns around High Wycombe. And the fact that Hassan wants space for a full size snooker table isn't helping. In Reading, Kirstie teams up with sisters Gemma and Lucy, who insist on two of everything: two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two parking spaces.

Kirstie helps neurosurgeon Naomi escape from a crowded house, while Phil faces a challenge with couple Mo and Jon, who want completely different things from a home. While Jon is looking for a one-bed flat in Birmingham's stylish Jewellery Quarter that will suit their young lifestyle, Mo dreams of a quieter life in Moseley with a spare room for friends and family and a little outdoor space for their two cats. Thirty-year-old neurosurgeon Naomi makes life decisions every day, but when it comes to finding a home, she's a little clueless. Kirstie guides her through the housing market of Moseley.

Phil helps James and Mairead find a family home on a £600k budget, while Kirstie takes first time buyers Laura and Andy under her wing. James and Mairead are new to the area and want the perfect family home in the perfect location. Laura and Andy have never viewed a single property before. And it soon becomes apparent that they want quite different things from their first home.

Kirstie and Phil help two sets of first-time buyers who have chosen to put down roots in south London. Phil is helping Niki and Rob, who have worked hard and saved hard for a deposit for their first home and, as a result, are searching with a generous budget of £450,000. They are looking for a home to suit them at the moment as young thirty-somethings, but that will also give them the space to have a family. Can Phil find a property which gives them the right balance? And Georgie and Louis love London - they work there, they go out there... the only thing is they don't live there. They've been together for five years and, during that time, they've been living with their respective parents in Surrey. Cue Kirstie to help this couple ditch the long commutes and find a place they can call their own. With their budget of £220,000, Georgie and Louis have missed out to faster buyers so, with speed the name of the game, Kirstie is in for a surprise as these first-time buyers strike in record-breaking time.

Phil goes house hunting in the desirable suburbs of south Manchester with Craig and Becki, while Kirstie ploughs the rolling Cheshire countryside with Chris and Amy. Craig and Becki who have had buyers for their current home for eight months, but are completely at loggerheads over their priorities for their next property. Becki wants a ready-to-move-into family home, while accountant Craig is looking for a bargain and a project in the popular suburbs of south Manchester, where property stock is low and demand is high. Chris and Amy are looking to buy their first home together and want something semi-rural but close to motorways in pricey patches such as Knutsford, Lymm and Frodsham.

Kirstie and Phil meet dance-mad newlyweds Keon and Zoe in West London, where not only is property expensive, but often sells in record time. Keon and Zoe want a family home with space for their favourite hobby - salsa-dancing, in Shepherd's Bush, for £450,000! Kirstie is further west in the borough of Richmond, helping Paul and Carolyn. Especially Paul, who has bought property before in his native Sheffield, and struggles to get his head around the capital's inflated prices on a budget of £325k.
