I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.

Where do I even begin with this crapfest:Very boring,Unlikeable characters,Action that doesn't thrill u,and a premise that has been done to death.I've seen a lot of films like this done better:The matrix,The Bourne films,Die hard, etc. Why was this film even made?In the 80s they made films with tons of action and great leads. Here you have foreign actors I've never heard of or care about doing stunts that aren't the worst but I've seen superior stunt work trust me.Even the title is lame:Bangkok Adrenaline? There is no Adrenaline in this movie.Someday someone would have to explain to me why a film like this even exists? To be honest the only redeemable thing in the film is the hot Asian chick thats it.Screw this worthless pathetic excuse of an action film.

"Bangkok Adrenaline" is a non-stop action movie from the start to the very end. And the action is off the charts, no wires, no CGI, just pure action and martial arts. The story in "Bangkok Adrenaline", however, was fairly unimaginative and rather simple. A group of foreigners in Thailand end up with a massive gambling dept, and in order to raise money for paying the dept then decide to kidnap the daughter of a millionaire. Demanding a ransom for the girl's release, the foreigners have taken on a bit more than they initially thought was going to be a piece of cake.I found the story to be moving ahead at snail speed, taking forever to get almost nowhere. That, however, was fortunately helped along by lots and lots of action and fighting. And all these action scenes were really great, well executed and delivered, and the fighting scenes were raw, brutal and hard-hitting.The acting in the movie was mediocre, so don't expect to see award-winning performances here. Some people put on better performances than others, of course, but the overall was just mediocre. Despite these mediocre acting, it was really nice to see westerners in a Thai fighting movie of this caliber, especially because the fighting was just like what you'd see in a Tony Jaa movie, so there really is a lot of cool action and fighting scenes here.If you like the action/fighting movies that have come from Thailand in the recent years, then "Bangkok Adrenaline" is well worth sitting down for a watch. I was thoroughly entertained by the sheer action, and the poor storyline fell in the background, overshadowed by the great adrenaline-filled action.

look, the story, acting, dialog... NONE of these things are why you would watch this movie in the first place! throw all that crap out and just sit back and enjoy the ride as the incredible stunts and fight scenes take place. the fights feature some incredible martial arts, fast paced, well shot and edited. this is NOT a Hollywood, or American movie at all. it is a movie made in thailand so u need to understand that there is a different format and sense of humor than films made here.honestly if ur one of these overly critical film bashers then you WILL NOT enjoy this film. but being a stuntman and martial artist myself... as well as someone who enjoys Asian cinema and can just have fun watching action for actions sake... i loved it.

Absolutely the WORST action movie I have ever seen. The script, acting, and the direction were all terrible. The plot is FULL of holes, jumps from place to random place, and the story is cheesy and almost non-existent.The attempts to twist and add surprises to the plot were childish at best. I even fast forwarded the final 20 tedious minutes of the end of the movie to find out what happened. Ugh. This is the first review I have ever written, and the only reason I did was to save others from this absolutely, horrifically, terrible movie. At least the actress was cute.
