It's complicated... I really like the directing, acting and writing but, there are issues with the way it's shot that I just can't deny. As much as I love the storytelling and the fantastic performance but, there are also certain scenes that didn't need to exist.
Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.
It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties.
It is an exhilarating, distressing, funny and profound film, with one of the more memorable film scores in years,
As the plot line says, it seems inspired by actual events, the true life of a criminal.True or not, I was not disappointed by this movie: this tale of escaped petty hoodlums who at first rob a party organized by a local mob and then are recruited by an organization to commit high scale crimes. One of the two gangsters is killed by the police during an identity control and the survivor continues his criminal odyssey through the kidnapping of a young woman. What I appreciate here is the hero character's portrait, I won't say study. Only portrait. Roberto's character is truly not a hero. No folks, rather an antihero as I crave for. Very few things to make audiences feel sympathy for him.It seems very are to Watch this feature not yet commented. So, I can consider myself lucky. Sure, I prefer spaghetti crime flicks to westerns ones.
