Let's be realistic.
It's not great by any means, but it's a pretty good movie that didn't leave me filled with regret for investing time in it.
Yo, there's no way for me to review this film without saying, take your *insert ethnicity + "ass" here* to see this film, like now. You have to see it in order to know what you're really messing with.
I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
This movie will be the groundbreaking movie for the star, Fysche. Watch out! She's an up and coming actress. This movie is full of twists and spins. The movie is just a great one to have fun on a Friday night. Sit back and Enjoy!! ~ Vespy
i was very fortunate to catch a viewing of this movie, and i must say that i was highly impressed with this movie. the acting in it is great, especially that of the relatively unknown "fysche." she really lit up the screen, and if this is an inkling of the talent she has, the silver screen better get ready for the arrival of FYSCHE!hopefully we see more of this SIREN! vive le fysche!!*starchild*
This movie will make everyoneA. Want to live in Miami and be like Jon Jacobs B. Want a friend like Charlotte Lewis C. Want a lover like Tina Leiu D. Want a mentor like Fysche E. Want a neighbor like IvelinaStellar performances, intense love scenes, frenzied party atmosphere, grandiose scenic MiamiUnexpected real relationships, not just your fluffy club culture flickWill appeal to every demographic, including the gay friendly!Buy Bi Bye!!!
This movie blows my mind. I was expecting just your everyday movie about DJ's and the crazy party scene, but instead HEY DJ unfolds into an entertaining and loveable romantic comedy. It aptly chronicles the madness and mayhem that surround dating more than one woman at a time, also; there is an interesting dichotomy between the women themselves as well. I have briefly visited Miami once but after viewing HEY DJ at a test screening at Sundance it makes me want to move down there for the amazing nightlife, gorgeous scenery, and world class knock 'em dead beautiful women. The entire cast gives an epic performance. My favorite character is the female DJ Fysche. She seems a newcomer on the scene and her performance is breakthrough. I think we will be seeing more of this lovely lady on the big screen. Fysche is raw, and leaves us wanting more!Go Fysche!
