There is, somehow, an interesting story here, as well as some good acting. There are also some good scenes

Another great movie which fell to poor direction. Completely flawed with loopholes. Even if the movie is not based on a real story it still had a capability to attract a lot more attention than it already did. SRK did a good job, however there wasn't much he could help with the plots. Indian cinema needs to take an example of how a great story can lose to a bad script and loopholes. Had they used the help of a crew that adds more content to support the direction and explain to the audience with some concrete evidence as to why a plot is progressing in the way it is. Fan is a good example of how a movie can either be 1 or 10. Bollywood needs to understand that Indian Cinema is evolved and is smarter and you cannot present such a low standard story line. Great idea behind the movie but absolutely poor execution.

Brilliant movie.It is about gaurav chanda who is a die hard fan of srk he decides to meet him things get interesting when gaurav feels betrayed and decides to take revenge from srk aryan khanna.Till interval it rocks and after interval it is also good.Good acting by both SRK.Nice plot.Awesome and best dialouges.Beautiful locations nice direction.There are no songs but music is good.This movie is like Srk darr.Fantastic movie.The ending is very terrific and sad like darr.Overall a mutst watch film especially if you are a fan of Srk.

Once upon a time, i was also a fan of Srk. I saw Srk the actor in non mainstream movies like Chak de India, Billu barber and then mainstream movies like Don, om shanti om and RNBJ was awesome. But movies like Chennai express , Ra one , Don 2 i only saw SRK the bollywood superstar and not Srk the actor But rejoice Srk the actor is back in this movie. Pros Not even one song in this movie. It is unbelievable that director and Srk had such audacity for such blasphemy. Srk portrayal of Gaurav. Even though he is insane we feel so much for him.His wailing in jail was heart wrenching to see.The way Srk portrays a fan whose love turns into hatred is phenomenal.Cons The action scene,it felt something straight out of jason bourne movie.

Fan is a good movie with Shahrukh Khan at his best.Shahrukh managed to play both the characters convincingly.Yet again we see Shahrukh in a negative role.Script is different from typical Bollywood movie.Screenplay was intriguing and fast.Although there were some faults in the screenplay but they can be ignored.Shahrukh is a great actor and he should do more movies like this in which he shows his acting skills and not some cheap comedy movies which are just made with the purpose of earning money at the box office.Movie has no songs.I was expecting 'Jabra Fan' song in it which had already become very popular.This movie is definitely way better than his previous movies like Dilwale, Happy New Year and Chennai Express.Director Maneesh Sharma and whole team of Fan should be applauded for this movie.If you want to see real Shahrukh and a well written script then you cannot miss 'Fan'.Overall I give it 8/10
