Among the finalists for "Centerfold Of The Year" are Angel and her spiteful rival Betty. However, no one is aware of Angel's involvement in a secret medical beauty enhancement program headed by Dr. Lindstrom. Desperate to win, Angel overdoses on Lindstrom's formula, with disastrous results. Soon she has grown to monstrous but shapely proportions, causing all sorts of complications, the most dangerous being Betty's jealousy of Angel's new-found attention. Betty discovers Angel's secret and takes the formula herself, causing her to grow into an equally gorgeous giant. As the girls battle it out on Hollywood Blvd., Dr. Lindstrom races to find an antidote.

This movie involves beautiful women I admire them. Even I think Charlize Theron; Renee Zellweger; Amanda Detmer or Kirsten Dunst should replace J.J. North because they are famous movie stars would be good for the movie. This is better than the original and remake of Attack of the 50 foot Woman. I give this movie a lucky seven because it is the kind of movie I want to watch. Who thought this is a terrible movie? Not to me for any reason. Even Claire Danes and Jessica Biel would also play great centrefolds and not Daryl Hannah. This movie is not bad at all to me. It would be nice if it was re release back in the theatres because I want this movie to be as profitable as possible.

This movie was one of the first that I ever bought on DVD; for some reason I've held on to it, mostly due to its historical value as one of the most disappointing films I have ever watched. The title led me to believe that I would be watching beautiful, naked big-titted women growing to impossible sizes and ruining everyone's s*** for 90 solid minutes. Instead, I get 2 minutes of rampage, and 88 minutes of 60 a 60 foot tall woman moping around in a circus tent, and a bunch of evil guys trying to exploit her. Who do these guys think they are? I want chicks, not smarmy guys. In addition, there's this annoying sub-plot involving a giant rat. Who's idea was that? They could have at least made it a giant cat in order to incorporate some pussy jokes. There are a couple of good boob gags in this one, but on the whole, it is a massively wasted opportunity to exploit women who have been the victims of science. Where's Daryl Hannah when you need her?

I and my friends have watched this several times. Its amusing with a couple vodka tonics and good friends. Additionally, it has JJ North and Tammy Parks. I would watch either one of the read the phone book. Sadly, JJ is out of the biz now, which really is sad since she had potential that went beyond just her natural good looks. However, the days of b-movie actresses rising above a steady diet of bad films are over. Rene Zellweger may have been the last. Who would have guess that one of the stars of Chicago started out in Return of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre. In anycase, its fun and the women are gorgeous. Come back JJ.Where are you Kristine Debell?

SOME SPOILERS INVOLVED AS A WARNING: I knew when I first rented this movie that this movie would be crossing risky ground from the original Allison Hayes/Dorothy Provine/Joy Harmon material, but I never suspected anything could degrade this low. Darryl Hannah's horrendous remake seems grand compared this tripe. Primarily made just for J.J. North and her cronies to flash their breasts every ten minutes; I don't even think any of them are that attractive. This exploitive piece of tripe is full of bad jokes, bad stereotypes and a ridiculous script. The second the redhead got as big as North, the movie went from bad to worst. This movie should be taken out of your video store's sci-fi area and put in the naughty room in back... or better yet, in the dumpster. Tommy Kirk is back from "Village of the Giants" and Russ Tamblyn from "The Haunting" are along for cameos along with horror craven Forrest Ackerman, but the amount of swearing and sexual innuendo in this is enough to make you want to vomit. Three out of ten stars, but even then,I'm in a generous mood.
