Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!

Waste of time

Great movie. Not sure what people expected but I found it highly entertaining.

Story: It's very simple but honestly that is fine.

I have read numerous reviews here that would have you think this is a bad movie. Hardly the case. I recommend that if you have not seen it, you close this window right now and go watch it. Its best if you don't know what's happening, and you probably don't. Okay here begins the spoilers. The story of the Manson murders in California have been branded indelibly into the collective unconscious by media. We have all heard of them. Truth is, most people ignore the horror that surrounded this ghastly crime. We're desensitized...num...and treat it like an old worn out joke, that is so predictable, that it has lost its impact. Don't fall for the reviews of people who have been rolling this story around in their heads, long after the expiration date has been exceeded. Instead, try and watch it fresh. If successful, you may be in for a treat. It is well acted, well scripted, and has some real camera gems. Ignore the negativity that has become the hallmark of the online reviewer. Enjoy.

I'm not sure why everybody is so down on this movie because for what it is it isn't that bad, sure it's short and I totally got a strangers vibe from the movie but I enjoyed it because it gets right to the point and doesn't waste your time with filler. The movie is based on the Manson Family murders and the death of Sharon Tate and her friends. It doesn't give you the gory details of the murders especially poor Sharon's and her unborn child so don't come looking for over the top gore, but if your looking for a way to waste an hour and twelve minutes give this movie a try, just imagine it as strangers 2.0...or 3 or somewhere in the middle.

Four friends gather at an elegant home during the Summer of Love, 1969. Unbeknownst to them, deadly visitors are waiting outside. What begins as a simple farewell party turns to a night of primal terror as the intruders stalk and torment the four, who struggle for their lives against what appears to be a senseless attack. The only good thing about 'Wolves at the Door' is easily Katie Cassidy and Elizabeth Henstridge they were the only 2 characters that i wanted to survive plus i really love them in Arrow and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D but that is where the good stuff end and the bad start first of all the movie is boring, 2nd of all i couldn't seen what the hell was going on since it was always so damn dark and 3rd of all the actual story is disgusting and retarded people like the Mansons shouldn't even exist i don't know where to even begin to describe you how awful this movie is from the supporting characters? to even the Ending it self. (2/10)

You know you are in a some cheese when the words "based on a true story" pop up on the screen and the entire theater laughs!!!Movie is a simple..... I want to say thriller but it was too flat to even qualify as that.Jump scare sound effects from a million years ago and the one time you see a wolf is when the sound track tries to get you into the mood about an hour in by howling and singing about red riding hood... this comes out of nowhere by the way and goes no where too.I'm not sure if this was a problem with the movie itself or the theater because the lighting in the movie was so bad that we couldn't see half of what was going on. over all the movie is a miss and way too flat to be interesting. save your money.
