Not sure how, but this is easily one of the best movies all summer. Multiple levels of funny, never takes itself seriously, super colorful, and creative.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

All of these films share one commonality, that being a kind of emotional center that humanizes a cast of monsters.

The film never slows down or bores, plunging from one harrowing sequence to the next.

I enjoyed the movie for the first 45 minutes. After that it was muddled up with authorities bashing the party, so to speak. I see this film as a love story first, but without much emotion. You don't feel the love in this movie like you would others for comparison. With age progression in three spurts we are shown the interactions between a girl and a boy, but all for experimentation purposes. With both of them coming to the age where most of the movie occurs, we are filled with complex riddles and words which determines our actions, of which these actions are already predetermined beforehand, but you don't become aware of that until later on in the film.I was left with my final thoughts on this film: It is a stupidly complex film without emotion, supposedly trying to make you think that life and the universe is just a code with all of our thoughts/actions/feelings being predetermined by such code. The love story was dull to say the least and the explanation at the end is missing much.

This is one of the most original films I've seen. It clearly wasn't made with a huge amount of money, but the cinematography and production values are perfectly fine. The acting and editing are also convincing, but the real star is the script and the story it carries. The film is somewhat reminiscent of the Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless mind, at least in its realist treatment of science fiction. At its heart its about determinism vs free will and how that metaphysical conundrum accounts for love. Which sounds like it could be an ordeal to watch, but it isn't, instead it's interesting and enjoyable, and I think it deserves to be seen.

Well, I do not know what I had in mind when I started watching this movie. The starting was not bad. Then from the middle, I do not know where the story went from where and how this marvelous(!) plot holds. I wasted my time watching this brilliantly(!) constructed piece of art. I do not want that others should share the same luck. That's why I got up from my bed and started to write this thoughtful(!) review. You get a picture of my mind after watching this nice(!) movie form what I am writing!!!A pure genius(!) wrote this script, no doubt. I do not believe that it would run half its time if it did not show the same scenes, repeatedly.Only good thing about this movie, it was just not boring enough that I would cross my threshold of patience, and throw away my monitor. It was just boring enough to fall in love with the director, yes!!!Well, I hope this review gets published. Long live frequencies!!!

I was in Chicago visiting my daughter and she had this one recorded on her DVR, so we watched it. The clever premise is that each person is born with a frequency which can be analyzed and a value determined. What you are and what life choices you have are determined by your frequency.Enter Daniel Fraser as Zak and Eleanor Wyld as Marie. We first see them as children in primary school and Zak has a liking for Marie but their frequencies are destined to keep them apart. But Zak doesn't accept that and he goes on to discover a way for people to change their frequencies. SPOILERS ahead: And the way is through music. In fact that had been discovered many times over the centuries, always to be forgotten then later re-discovered. Cool movie!
