The Rangers locate the Temple of Power, and within find its occupant, Ninjor, passing a test of dismissal. With his help, the Rangers soon undergo a ritual that provides them with new powers. Meanwhile, outside the temple, the Tenga forces continue to gather.

The Rangers, having lost their powers are sent on a dangerous mission- to The Desert of Despair to locate Ninjor who will be able to provide them with new powers.

The arrival of Rita's' brother Rito and Tenga egg hatchings spell trouble for the Rangers. An ambush of faces from the past leads to a mammoth battle of giants that seals the fate of the Rangers' original powers

The Rangers rush back to Earth to fight off an attack by Repelletor.

The Rangers and the Masked Rider team up to fight Count Dregon's warriors.

The Rangers travel to Edenoi to check on Alpha's creator, when they encounter the Masked Rider, who believes they have come to harm him.
