Pension (2019)
Here's a family of three Balu, his mother, and grandmother. They survive on his grandfather's pension of rupees eight hundred a month. Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.
I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.
what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
One of the most extraordinary films you will see this year. Take that as you want.
