Surprisingly incoherent and boring

It's the kind of movie you'll want to see a second time with someone who hasn't seen it yet, to remember what it was like to watch it for the first time.
what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.
Dont even know where to start but i can say the great reviews this one has received have to be 100% fake. One hundred percent. Else the reviewers watched another movie.It isnt even worth calling this a movie.Absolutely nothing happens for and hour and twenty some minutes.Story is bad, script is worse and acting is aweful.Just dont watch.
SIMPLE AS ,C LIST CRAP SLOW BURNER TO ZERO C LIST CRAP. NOTHING HAPPENS THE ENTIRE MOVIE ! VERY BAD EDITING,THE SURPLUS YOUNG CHARACTERS HAVE NO BASIS AT ALL WITH THE WEAK PLOT AND ONCE AGAIN BAD,BAD,BAD EDITING. HOPE THIS HELPS,ps 1hr 05mins before anything happens slightly .
Wow, this movie was absolutely terrible! The Bye Bye man movie was better than this and that movie sucked! You can sleep through the first hour of the movie and not miss anything. I've seen many slow burn movies in my time but this was like watching an LED candle hoping that the wax will melt but it won't because there is no heat and it's fake! Just like this movie. Don't rent it, don't buy it, don't stream it! Watch a nature documentary or golf! They are a lot more interesting than this movie that dares to call itself a horror film or a psychological thriller.
I can't believe that this has such a low score. It's a low budget chiller that really delivers. A teenager casts a curse/spell on her mom. Then immediately regrets it.Simple plot line pulled off brilliantly. Excellent performances and tension that mounts until a satisfying ending.It may not be the fastest paced film ever but enough happens to keep you interested. It has a few great set pieces and the end gave me a genuine chill.I would have given this a solid 7 but gave it 10 to offset those who pulled down the score because they have no attention span.
