Air Collision (2012)

I like the storyline of this show,it attract me so much

One of my all time favorites.

Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.

I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

Would a plane load of passengers sit by while a woman has an epileptic fit and dies while three guys fight over whether to get her life saving tablets? Apparently so in air collision. This is only one of the many badly scripted and badly acted scenarios that are contained in this total kack of a movie.The story is based around a satllite air traffic control system that goes wrong taking control of air force one and repelling anyone that tries to dismantle it. Meanwhile a civilian plane encounters numerous problems and is eventually on a collision course with Air Force One. Enter our heroic air traffic controller and his intern who battle bravely to try and avert the impending disaster.Meanwhile the citizens with their feet firmly on the ground run around dodging pieces of plane and satellite that are fulling from the sky.I ended up cheering for the control system in the hope that it would wipe out the uncaring passengers on the civilian plane...Total rubbish i am afraid...

Pretty much everyone said what needed to be said about this film. Either you will enjoy it because it is bad, or you will hate it because it is bad. But...not one of the reviews said anything about one of the technical aspects of film making - editing. Who was the idiot who did this pos? 17 different edits for a 3 second scene. It actually made me queasy to watch this movie. I knew I wasn't going to see an Academy Award piece of film. My expectations where right where they should have been with the script, acting, cgi, etc...The editor should be fired...well too late for that. Certainly should never work in this town again!

OK, so I didn't have high hopes for this movie, so I guess it didn't really disappoint. There were so many factual errors it was unreal. First of all, the passenger plane from the outside was a DC-9, a small narrow-bodied passenger aircraft. However, on the inside shots, it was a wide body airliner. Then when the missile hits the plane, the hole is plugged by luggage AFTER a male flight attendant was sucked out (although a guest's newspapers remained untouched on the seat beside him). Then if all that wasn't bad enough, when the two planes collide mid-air, a huge gash in the already crippled DC-9 does not affect its navigability right away. The special effects were disastrous, the acting was worse than a high school play, and the script was likely the worst I've ever seen.I could write a novel about how bad this is but really, I just want to pretend like i've never seen this monstrosity.

CONTAINS SPOILORS, BUT DOES IT REALLY MATTER? Passengers throw an apparent live missile out of the plane, then plugged the hole in the plane, with...luggage and the sad part is thats not even the most ridiculous thing that happened in this movie.If you don't already know, Air Force one is on a collision course with a passenger plane because somebody thought it would be a good idea to take air traffic controlling completely out of the hands of humans with no way to override the system. Of course, we were never told why satellites and whatnot begin falling from the sky, but thats OK. After watching this junk, I don't want their explanation. Anyway, I honestly don't believe this movie was serious, so I won't write a serious review, but just know that this movie was as trash as they come. You will probably laugh at how ridiculous the physics are though, which is good. Watch it on Netflix if you're really THAT bored.
