I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.

what a terribly boring film. I'm sorry but this is absolutely not deserving of best picture and will be forgotten quickly. Entertaining and engaging cinema? No. Nothing performances with flat faces and mistaking silence for subtlety.

I can't help but think that the people responsible for this film were all high-fiving and patting each other on the back when the filming wrapped up. It just has that feel to it.. a bunch of clueless filmmakers with a script that some brother's best friend wrote and somehow got into the hands of a clueless producer. It is so full of "cut.. print it! wow! that was awesome, dude!" acting that it almost makes your head spin. Make sure you check out Carl's "rant" as he leaves the building. Stupid crap like this almost makes you want to return the DVD to the store full of ice-pick holes just to spare someone else the agony of watching such drivel presented with such pride. If you do have the bad fortune of having your better half bring this thing home, have a shot of tequila every time an actor waits till the other actor finishes his line before delivering his with a generous pause thrown in for good measure. You'll be wasted before Carl goes on his rant.

This movie had horrible acting, hardly any gore, no story with any substance, no character development and the film work could have been a lot better. It has that cheap soap opera film work from the get go. We have more entertaining days at the office than this. I mean it's like sitting in the waiting room at the doctors office it's so bland and event less. I bet the creators just decided to capitalize on the black dahlia story and just threw this together to make a quick buck. Sorry for the neg review, but I'm getting so sick of paying 4 dollars to waste 2 hours of my time renting crap like this. Whoever made this should try to provide value, not just rip people off. I've seen better high school plays.

The movie starts with a gruesome murder of a woman who had to stay in late for work! The imagery of this murder and visions and dream sequences in the movie are quite impressive! The main character is having these visions where people of her office getting killed! She thinks she is suffering from stress! It gets worse when she and her team are put under pressure to finish a project because they have a deadline! This supposedly is due to the fault of this chief executive who is busy doing other things in stead of his job! On a rampage shouting and yelling he mentions "the Black dahlia". There is a link between that murder of Elizabeth in 1947 and what is going to happen in the movie! Not to spoil the plot but let's say the link is very thin! From the imagery of the wonderful visions and the good start I expected the movie to be very thrilling! While there is some suspense, the failures in the plot ruin the experience! If they had thrown out the supernatural elements this movie would have been much better! The acting and production are decent! Not a good horror movie, but entertaining enough if it's on the television very late in the night and there's nothing else on!
