Simply A Masterpiece
Load of rubbish!!
The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
The joyful confection is coated in a sparkly gloss, bright enough to gleam from the darkest, most cynical corners.
Here we have the twelfth instalment in the below-par horror anthology series from the Philippines. It's another trio of histrionic horrors that lack the right budgets to do the job properly, leaving the viewer twiddling their thumbs for a large majority of the running time. First up is a possessed doll story that manages to be singularly unconvincing despite some over-the-top interludes along the way. Next we have a trio of demon-menaced girls in a tale which is far too drawn out and talky for its own good. The final story is set in a funeral parlour where menace lurks in the form of unpleasant-looking monsters. High melodrama meets drawn-out boredom and the end result is disappointing.
