Designed for toddlers age 2-5, Wheels on the Bus: Mango's Big Dog Parade uses a combination of cartoon characters and puppets in order to tell a story about how the bus must stop at different places as it travels to the title event. Pretty good movie overall. First half was nothing special but it got better as it went along.
I cannot think of one single thing that I would change about this film. The acting is incomparable, the directing deft, and the writing poignantly brilliant.
The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
Watching it is like watching the spectacle of a class clown at their best: you laugh at their jokes, instigate their defiance, and "ooooh" when they get in trouble.
