A story that's too fascinating to pass by...
The film may be flawed, but its message is not.
Exactly the movie you think it is, but not the movie you want it to be.
A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
I watched this video for a college class, and it was amazing. Heart wrenching stories of women around the world and what the barriers they have faced in order to give birth. Christy takes you with her to show you how even though all women face different struggles regarding maternal medical care: Government, money, culture, religion, access, education.. we are all feeling the same things. Sadness, burden, fear, love. Saved the video for viewing with my daughter. It accomplished what Christy set out, which was to educate the viewer on the struggles of many women around the world in safely having babies. This film was an eye opener. Definitely a must see.
