This story has more twists and turns than a second-rate soap opera.

A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."

A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

I'm a big fan of Nam Nai Choi because of his movies The Story Of Ricky and The Seventh Curse so what the ****! Let's try Killer's Nocturne. Killer's Nocturne is a HK action/drama/gambling movie. It's about Chi Feng who witnesses his father get killed out of revenge over a gambling thing. He tries to seek revenge but gets his *** kicked so he gets out of town to only have his *** kicked further by sissies and even a kangaroo. Then he picks up a trade in gambling and then seeks revenge (again!!) against the man who killed his father.I enjoyed this one mainly because of the violence which is bloody and even a tad bit gory. It even has a few left-field moments but most notably the scene when this dude fought a kangaroo which was completely bizarre. The action is mostly brawling and even some kung fu with some gun fights. The story was good and coherent but nothing too awe- inspiring. And so forth. In Conclusion: A good Nam Nai Choi film but certainly not his best. It's worth a look if you can find it.
