One of my all time favorites.
Just perfect...
Although it has its amusing moments, in eneral the plot does not convince.
A great movie, one of the best of this year. There was a bit of confusion at one point in the plot, but nothing serious.
Absolutely loved it. Saw it at Sundance earlier this year. Was very impressed by the unique approach and very touched by the performances. This is a beautiful contribution to female empowerment in Hollywood as well. Must see for sure!
I must say this film really stood out at Sundance....highly recommend this film to anyone who just loves a good movie!
This movie has a very cool concept and I love the feminist angle to a story that originally marginalizes women and pushes them into the background. This movie elevates the female characters and is really inspiring. The timing for a film like this could not be better.
I go to Sundance with my friends every year and we see a lot of movies. This year, I was a big fan of Ophelia. I am not super familiar with Hamlet, actually, so I'm not sure how much it mirrored the original, but I found the story to be compelling and interesting. I also thought that the chemistry between the two main characters was dynamite. It was also really beautiful to look at, too. We would all recommend it.
