Triple Dare (2006)
Rebekka, Claudia and Sofie are freshmen in high school and will no longer accept being treated as juniors. Taking matters into their own hands, they devise a rite of passage, the 'fortune teller', symbolizing their entry into adulthood. As they take turns challenging each other's sexual boundaries, they eventually have to ask themselves whether performing weird rituals is the easiest way to get to know themselves and feel grown up.

Why so much hype?
This is a tender, generous movie that likes its characters and presents them as real people, full of flaws and strengths.
In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
The acting in this movie is really good.
This is about three girls, Rebekka, Claudia and Sofie. They want to prove, that they aren't immature little children. So Rebekka comes up with a way to do that, and it certain some quite sexual and embarrassing challenges...I really like this film. It's good with the effects, and the colors are great too. Especially the slow-motion scenes, it looks like a music-video or something. The characters are cool and because they are so different, it's easy to see some of yourself in all three. I went to see this with a lot of expectations, and that's always dangerous, because most often you get disappointed. I would like to say, that I didn't get disappointed at all, but I did, just a little bit. I would still recommend it for all teenage-girls, it's fun, interesting and you're glad it's not yourself!
