Welcome to Willits (2016)
Deep in the Northern California woods, in the heart of the notorious Emerald Triangle, lies a remote cabin. The residents struggle to fight off the repeated attacks and abductions by mysterious creatures that have plagued them for years. When a local pot farmer is caught up with a wayward group of campers the situation quickly escalates into total carnage.

The Worst Film Ever
Fun premise, good actors, bad writing. This film seemed to have potential at the beginning but it quickly devolves into a trite action film. Ultimately it's very boring.
The best films of this genre always show a path and provide a takeaway for being a better person.
Well, just finished watching Welcome To Willits, and the least I can say is that it was an experience. Unfortunately it was not a good one. I wonder if they did it on purpose to make it that bad. That might be a possiblity when I think back about it. There are so much things that are wrong with this movie that it becomes funny. In the days were you can find marihuana like almost anywhere they managed to have the worst imitation fake marihuana ever shown on a filmset. They really didn't know any dopehead to just borrow his weed for a second? I think for that alone they should get a prize. The alien costumes were actually the only things that were okay. The acting was seriously bad, aspecially from Sabina Gadecki as Peggy. That was just unreal how bad it was. I think she might really have been on drugs in this movie. The story is what it is, not the worst but due to all the bad ingredients it's just a terrible movie.
Went in expecting to bail quickly but this movie is a gem. Engaging, twisted and very entertaining I was scared and laughing which I have not experienced before. Love it, what happened to the possum?
Well, that sucked... bad storyline, horrible special effects.... it doesn't even deserve a review....That movie was a bad acting ********, and Culkin's little brother efforts to save it were useless. I give it 3 stars only because of him, otherwise it would have been 1star...Save yourself from watching it
Pretty poor overall. Strangely enough the production values are good, just hamstrung by poor writing and uninteresting characters.I completely lost interest near the middle and it only got less enthralling from there. I can't even remember the ending as making dinner became more engrossing than the on screen action - pork ribs and roast veggies beat WELCOME TO WILLITS.There's some pretty weird stuff throughout the film that might hold the interest of some viewers. Some of the makeup was good.Leave this one for film students who want to take notes on what not to do.
