Nothing exceptional here, if you forget the unforeseeable ending. The terrific ending. SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS The topic has already been told many times before, I agree, thousand times, where billions of psychopaths getting friends with the families of their victims before suddenly showing their real nature. Psychopaths usually the heavies of the films. Bad guys, or even cheeks - such as HANDS ACROSS THE CRADDLE, something loke this, starring Rebecca De Mornay, seeking revenge towards good families. The particularity here is that you can't prevent yourself to feel empathy for the poor father whose family was killed by the US drome, more or less lead, driven by the good family man Sean Bean. And you really feel anger, hate, so much pain when the two finally fight and the "bad guy" seeking revenge for his family death gets stabbed by the responsible for the poor guy's folk death. You feel something disgusting in your mouth, like a sort of dust taste. That's why I ask this question, who or where is the bad guy in this film? That's my question. For the rest of the feature, no surprise, except, I repeat, the ending.

When I looked at the poster I thought: A war movie focusing on drone warfare. Sean Bean in there made me watch it. I was quite surprised to find a drama that addresses real issues. And quite a poignant one as well. The pace of the movie and the initial suspense created carried through very well. The score I found to be exceptional, building the drama subtly but methodically. Yes, there are many places it could have been better. But overall a good watch with a well-told story that builds to a surprising climax. Patrick Sabongui was excellent. I would love to see him in deeper movies, as he has the talent to achieve much more (than Flash and Shooter). I would rate this as a good family movie, as it makes you think about the world we live in. Intolerance, building International tensions and as Roger Waters aptly said: "The bravery of being out of range".

"Neil Wistin" (Sean Bean) is a drone pilot who works for a firm that is contracted out to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). One day, while in the process of targeting a deadly Taliban terrorist in Pakistan he accidentally also kills a woman and her teenage daughter in the process. Although he is initially unaware of this, as fate would have it a year later he meets a man named "Imir Shaw" (Patrick Sanbongui) from that exact same place who remembers the incident only too well—and he has much to say to Neil. Now rather than reveal any more I will just say that this movie relies heavily upon suspense and it works well for the most part. It also carries an underlying message which is none t00 favorable toward the U.S. policy of utilizing civilian contractors to eliminate terror suspects by using drones and other similar methods at their disposal. To that effect, this approach tended to become a bit too heavy-handed in that regard and along with a couple of nonessential sub-plots caused the film to drag in some places. Likewise, the rather cluttered ending didn't help matters either. In short, this was an okay film for the most part and for that reason I have rated it accordingly. Average.

While some of the drone footage was good, the story followed the liberal playbook. US behavior in our fight against Jihadism is bad according to the left. They seem to forget 9/11 and all the terrorist incidents following. If you are a bleeding heart, you'll love this movie. The left loves to demonize the people that are protecting us.
