This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

if you're going to make a movie about real life easter bunnies in a real life setting, you have to make it deadpan and very realistic or surreal and edgy, this doesn't fit into either and as a result you don't know whether to laugh or empathise with the bunnies. I watched this half-cut so I may have missed some gags and I reckon I could like this more second time around but in any case, the writers/actors don't have the comedic presence to make this a hoot and the two "stars" mantegna and Klein are miscast, they should have swapped roles at least and Klein is very uncovincing as the evil, ruthless, corporate slime. There very some funny moments in this like when the bunnies tried to do other jobs but even then, the supporting, oddball characters did little to liven this up. The special features/making of this are about as bloated and long winded as you can get, its heartening to see how much effort and how many years of planning went into this lads but if this is the very best you can do, then erm, don't give up the day jobs, sorry.

I'd say this movie was worth watching thanks to the humor and whole concept of it all. I just like how confused at first I was what with guys in bunny costumes, but when I realized they WERE the easter bunnies it put a whole different perspective on the way this film was approached. It was meant to be a comedy. I thought the guys did a great job with their roles and in the suits they were wearing. Me & my roommate especially love the scene when the self-centered business guy is singing at the bar. Its great! Though, that scene does not actually add much to the story/plot it is incredibly entertaining. There may be some holes in the overall story including the whole easter bunny middle aged men scenario that isn't ever explained. I think it adds character to the flick, leaves room for interpretation & conversation. As a whole I like this movie a lot, and would definitely recommend anyone who likes kinda slow but comedic dialogue. I enjoyed it, hope you do too.

This looked like it had laugh potential along with the promise of some knowing social commentary to add to the mix. In fact, the premise (not to mention the poster art of grown men in bunny suits) was clever and wacky enough that I thought it might turn out to be a slyly funny, slightly raunchy, at time hilarious movie. However, I found it to be just the opposite. The actors do a credible enough job, and the film clearly had a micro-budget. There were points early in the story where I expected the movie to break out and really hit its potential, but either the writer or director (or both) missed these opportunities. All in all, it turned out to be genuine disappointment and unfunny waste of time and money.

OK, so I saw all the negative comments about the plot summary for this movie on the message boards and just had to write a little review. This movie was listed on the Cinevegas schedule and I had no intention of going to see it, but there was nothing else going on, so I went with two friends that read the summary and felt the same way I did, "this is gonna suck." Were we totally wrong. The whole theater laughed from start to finish! Hank and Mike are two Easter bunnies that work one day out of the year delivering chocolate Easter eggs to the children on their route because of the "No Child Left Behind" act. Chris Klein's character sees the potential to turn a profit on Easter by laying off some Easter bunnies and selling advertising on the chocolate easter egg wrappers; thus, Hank and Mike get laid off, leaving them with a problem...what other occupation can a Easter bunny do? We then follow Hank and Mike along while they look for a new job and figure out how to get their old one back. Well, my summary doesn't make the movie sound any better, but this is a tongue in cheek comedy with some really racy humor. Hank played by Thomas Michael has so many great one-liners, me and my friends are still laughing about some of them. I believe he pretty much carried the movie as the horny, beer drinking, chain smoking Easter bunny. Chris Klein was OK in this movie, he had one great part where he sings in a lounge a really unromantic love song, I laughed so hard, I cried. If you like comedies and get the chance to see this movie, go see it, or at least rent it if you see it at the video store because it is worth it, it's hilarious. You should take my word, because I never write movie reviews on here.
