There's no way I can possibly love it entirely but I just think its ridiculously bad, but enjoyable at the same time.

It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.

unbelievable movie. I just watched the movie because of title, thinking this will be similar to 'Day after tomorrow' sort of movie. I now regret that I didn't look at review before watching. if you really want to waste your 2 hours I rather suggest count bricks of your wall... No acting, no script, no logic, no sense

A visionary science fiction epic about catastrophic climate change and the birth of a new ice age. Written and Directed by the gifted Emile Edwin Smith, this is a truly riveting film of incredible suspense and epic in scope. The vast vistas of a frozen Arabia, snow covered pyramids, and an ice encrusted Sphynx are stunning. Smith also incorporates very human, personal stories that give the audience real people to care about as they fight for survival against the horrific natural phenomenon. Barton Bund, Bailey Spry, and Jules Hartley give superb performances as individuals faced with unbelievable terror and overwhelming circumstance that challenge them to their very limits. A special mention should be made of the beautifully realized cinematography as it is supremely effective in capturing the hellish environment in realistic panoramas that are simply staggering.

This is probably the worst movie I have ever seen in my entire life.Worst film director I've ever seen. How could someone let this guy direct a movie ? Worst plot, worst special effects, worst filming. Everything is so disastrous that it can't even be described with words. This movie should receive some type of prize for being so poor in all its aspects. We're in 2015, the movie industry is without any doubt very developed so doing a movie that looks like a school project is not acceptable. If movies that a lot of people liked and thought was well done like Avatar: the last airbender, was highly criticized what about movies like this one. I believe movies like this should not be allowed to be released, it's a shame for the movie industry. And what about the cast's logic ? Couldn't they realize that if they wanna be able to do movies being part of that one is the worst mistake you can do, that's the type of movie that can put an end to your career.

At least Plan 9 is funny! "Age of Ice" is excruciating! We were seriously rooting for two of the main characters to die horrible, excruciating deaths!Looking at the end credits I saw that some of the work on this film was committed at Historic Fort Wayne in Detroit. I took my draft physical there back in 1969. I can honestly say that turning my head and coughing was much more enjoyable that watching this movie!Uncredited locations include the scenes shot in some frozen tundra that could have been Saskatchewan in January, and other scenes shot somewhere in the Rocky mountains. These mountains supposedly exist somewhere between the Nile River and the Red Sea. Also present there was a tall dam presumably holding back whatever river connects the Nile Valley with the Red Sea.Finally, I see that some shills have written good reviews of this movie and given it a 10-star ranking. Do not believe them!
