I love this movie so much

Fantastic!

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

A clunky actioner with a handful of cool moments.

Must see. Don't listen to bad reviews. 2 guys stuck in the dresser. They truck broke down. Do they get out or do the not. Great movie. Great great great great great movie!!!! I think the acting was great. The story is one I haven't seen and is 10 stars. Definitely not a waste of time here. I don't know what else to write. All I can say is great awesome great awesome great awesome great an awesome movie. I watched in twice in a short period of time.

Mitchell (Josh Duhamel) and Carter (Dan Fogler) are taking the scenic route when their truck stalls on a road in the desert. It turns out that Carter simply faked the breakdown to talk to his friend. They have grown apart since Mitchell's marriage. They get into an escalating fight over their diverging lifestyle. Carter reconnects the wire but the truck eventually breaks down for real.There isn't much of a setup for the characters before Carter does something ridiculous. Mitchell does have a moment of sanity by asking the old man to wait while Carter restarts the truck. They are almost too stupid to live. There is some bro talk and some relationship talk. The guys keep making bad mistakes. The situation stays with one close call after another. In the end, the movie will do with them as it will and I don't care if they survive.

Scenic route: What happen when some one told u about things u would not prefer to know about you, u might panic when people talk to you about those moments. This movie is all about friends and family when i said friends it's about best friends who know everything about you (all stuffs u really not want to discuss or i can say u keep hiding from Ur self ) you know Ur best friends knows every thing happening or happened in Ur life and when someday they discussed that here started the big fights . This movie is all about that 2 best buddies in 30's went for a scenic route start talking then arguments about how other person changed with time ...then reality check for each other ...they start telling each other things which individual not wanna know and it turns in to fight and most imp they were stuck in a desert . Well written and nicely directed.The acting, dialog, and desert scenery combine to make this an awesome movie. Josh Duhamel simply superb Acting as he delivered his role as Mitchell perfectly and Dan Fogler is also superb . What i like most about this movie was dialogs (simple conversations turned in to argument and then fights and then again simple conversation) Well things happen in beat friends and then they become normal and that's all about this movie was . Few scenes are amazing and nicely act by both actors ...well i liked the movie and this movie is diff from other movies if we talks about Ending The way they start arguing and then fight ,then it become serious and blood shed then they realize what they did was wrong and then apology.

The film opens with Mitchell and Carter beating the nonsense out of each other. Mitchell prevails, and Carter looks either knocked out or possibly dead.We jump back in time, and I'm quite ready to stop watching, given what I know will happen. So, in the real opening of the film, Mitchell is sleeping, and Carter is driving an old truck through Death Valley, California. The truck is old, and it breaks down; unfortunately, this turns out to be by design. At least they are not sweating initially. Mitchell has a broken foot and uses crutches. Neither of them has a cell phone signal. It's not that cool: one hundred and fifteen degrees.They are in the middle of nowhere, sixty miles from the last town, one hundred miles to the next. Mitchell has a wife and child, but still thinks about another woman named Karen. Carter met Karen lately, and she wanted to talk about Mitchell. Mitchell is tall and athletic; Carter is middle height and heavy. From their consternation with each other, I do not see why they are ever doing anything together for a single moment.There is a lot of talk which uncovers issues. These issues make the two characters angry at each other, and explains the violence shown in the opening sequence. One of the issues is that Carter sabotages every possibility of their getting rescued. This is mortally stupid. How can anyone care about such a character who betrays his friend to the point of death? How can anyone care about the friend who allows the betrayal?The pile of incidences of bonehead stupidity mount. Carter talks Mitchell into getting a Mohawk haircut in the dark using a hand tool. They drink windshield wiper fluid because it's wet; later they are puking while possible help drives by. The next day, an elderly lady stops to see how they are doing, but drives away after seeing Mitchell's Mohawk with accompanying long cuts and blood stains. Carter gives him hell for scaring her away. A day or so later, they miss a tow truck that stopped next to the truck to render assistance.If this is your cup of tea, be sure to watch the entire film. The pile continues to grow.------Scores-------Cinematography: 2/10 The scenery is ugly, whereas Death Valley showed me a number of lovely sights in the short time I spent there. Looks like ugly by choice.Sound: 8/10 Not bad.Acting: 4/10 Josh Duhamel was OK, but not great. Dan Fogler was totally useless. I had never heard of him before; now he's on my deal-breaker list.Screenplay: 0/10 Why would anyone care about either character in this two man film? They are painted as traitor and fool with nothing interesting about either of them.
