Very interesting film. Was caught on the premise when seeing the trailer but unsure as to what the outcome would be for the showing. As it turns out, it was a very good film.

It’s sentimental, ridiculously long and only occasionally funny

Although I seem to have had higher expectations than I thought, the movie is super entertaining.

BIKINI MODEL ACADEMY is a truly Z-grade independent production that I found embarrassing to watch. It's about a couple of kids who decide to stage a bikini contest and as such tries to be your typical Hollywood teen comedy. Unfortunately instead of being raucous this is simply ridiculous with bad, well, everything, the acting being notably poor. The only reason anyone would want to see this is to see what happened to the careers of a couple of old timers (Morgan Fairchild and Gary Busey), but they're only present in very small cameo scenes.

This movie was so bad and tried so hard to be serious that its way too hilarious. The girls are looking average for this kind of teen movie, nothing extraordinary either up or down. The plot is awesome in the way how bad and dumb it is. Just like how it happens 2 geeky idiots are trying to live their fantasy of meeting hot chicks. I think the plot is the same as the making of the movie.Asylum should take some notes about how to make their next movie even worse. What i can't get is how could they get both Gary Busey and Morgan Fairchild appear something like this.We watched this movie with my friends while trying to survive a hangover. But due to the movie we decided to start drinking again, that way we enjoyed it.I don't think i have ever rated a bad movie this high or it will happen ever again, but just for the joy i felt during watching it i rate it 9/10.If the girls would have been uglier than it would be a 10/10 because that way the movie would fail in everything related to it.

This movie is so bad i want someone to pay me back for the time i wasted on it. No story, random events and not even the hottest girls you can find. I cant even understand how they made Morgan Fairchild appear in this, but Busey i can understand as he has become somewhat of a joke recent years and takes anything that pays his next drink. The actors have personalities totally blown for any good screen appearance, so maybe the actors should attend a Actor School soon before their next role.So save yourself, don't bother with this movie. Its not even worth watching for the "girl" content as 5 minutes on google gives you better results.

No movie ever made has influenced me more than this classic. I had the honor of doing a play version of it about 5 years ago. I had seen the film thousands of times, had loved it, but I never really knew what it meant.During the course of the production, I suddenly felt alive. I felt that I wasn't having enough fun. I felt that I wasn't doing enough in my life. Crazy things, like kissing my mother or my father. I hadn't really hugged one of them in a while. It makes you think. It's more of a thinking person's film than a mere Christmas film. If you think it's just a Christmas film, I insist you watch it again and again, until you get the message. That black kid who plays Benji gives the finest performance of his career, in one of the most difficult characters ever portrayed. A character all of us are familiar with...a person looking to find himself/herself. It's the great struggle for finding what it is in life you really want to do. Benji teaches us so lessons throughout the film and in the end he teaches us the most important lesson of all, that life, although a long and winding road, truly is (for lack of a better word) wonderful...
