One of the film's great tricks is that, for a time, you think it will go down a rabbit hole of unrealistic glorification.

"Zombieworld", by um, many directors, is a movie that mixes the anthology format with zombie blood and guts, and for me it turned out to be a winning combination, or at least a lot better than I was expecting from the cheapie box art. I don't think it's quite as bad as people are saying at all, the only thing that's really annoyingly wrong with it is the small budget, which is most obvious when it comes to the wraparound. This for me at least was a very pleasant surprise, it was the most fun I've had with a tacky independent horror effort like this in ages. While again it was the wraparound news segment that brought it down the most for me, most of the stories were of a surprisingly decent quality. It wasn't so much that it was a good anthology, but it was a good *zombie* anthology! And that seemed to me like a novel and original take on my favourite sub-genre, one that had never even crossed my mind before, and it's kind of a no-brainer I guess! I hope they someday also do ones on werewolves and Frankensteins and so on. Of course it's uneven, all anthologies are, I mainly liked it because it had two of my favourite action comedy horror shorts that I'd seen around before "Fist of Jesus" and "Brutal Relax", two completely insane little splatterfests of positively cartoon carnage which are practically the exact same thing, just with different scenarios. There were also a couple that were new to me that I found very good, I enjoyed "Home" it was a little more dramatic than the other tales, with the farmer woman alone trying to get through to her infected husband and in the end deciding to become like him by giving him a kiss... It was a little macabre and grim and I liked it. I also dug "Certified", it was cleverly put together and surprising - hint hint: It's all about a wicked little liar! And "Dead Stop" was okay, I found it eerie and interesting in its blandness. And the rest of it was fine I suppose, a little sloppy but overall there was enough good material in it to make it fun and well worth the time and effort that was made putting it all together. I don't especially find zombies all that fun anymore, I thought for a while that what really killed the zombie was over-saturation by a 1001 bargain bin undead movies like, well..this! But I did like this one a lot, it was a ray of 'sunshine' in a barren landscape. I also enjoyed to other zombie-type flicks around the same time, "13 Eerie" and "Savaged", so it wasn't a fluke.. The ending was cute and just what you might've been expecting with the sweaty anchor man becoming more and more zombie between each segment before finally going feral and devouring the camera man and gathering his wits enough to bid adieu to the audience! So I'm afraid it stands at a solid 8-out-of-10 happy shambling corpses fresh out of their coffins for me - a winner! Two thumbs up and a whole foot!

To be honest, seeing the cover photo, along side with the name, I felt as if this was going to be some low budget. singular movie. But no, to my surprise .. "Zombieworld" turned out to be a fun, glorious zombie anthology winner! Of course, this movie, however had lots of flaws, the fact being this movie being pieced together by Dreadcentral shorts introduced. [ Correct me if I'm wrong ] It had some acting that was actually considerable, not as far, or in respectful aspects believable though; but in a way pieced together and won. Of course, this movie had multiple flaws when it came to seriousness, which this movie isn't meant to be, if any of you haven't figured out already. In the end, though, this anthology horror flick was what it was, it pieced together short films of which were scattered about from multiple directors into one film, each one tying in with dark comedy, gore, and some shocking situations / given visually to us audience.I found the execution of this movie to be fun, and exciting. The movie decided to make the audience laugh with a constant news set up. A news anchor would constantly act horrible on purpose, just to give the audience a laugh, which was actually quite funny. The movie also executed "Scheduled alerts" of which commercial - like breaks showing zombie killing tutorials, demonstrating throw back horror at it's finest. With all of that being said, the execution WASN'T flawless, but entertaining, succeeding in it's comedy, and entertainment to the audience, all at the same time pleasing the zombie fans. With all things said for this film, there's not exactly too much else to say of the film. Honestly, if you ask me, this wouldn't particularly be a film EVERYONE would like, depending in the range of the horror fan. This film, is in fact low budget; it dose, however it dose entertain, and keep the audience on they're feet, keeping them in range of dark comedy, horror, thrilling scares, and some dread. All of which leading to a success, making this film pretty freaking awesome for zombie lovers, I recommend it for horror fans looking for a crazy, fun time.

Extreme trash! I have never ever seen such trash. I think i can make a much better video. I regret that I ever wasted my time on this thing. When Jesus attacks zombie with a fish. There were some comedic ironical moments, but it's less than 1 minute on a hole movie.this movie is a pack of several trash movies. So if you want to waste your time and money - this is the best option. I think that authors of this need to a hospital to check their mind health. They are sick. The genre of this movie is not a comedy, fantasy, action or something else - the genre is trash. Please do not even waste your time. OK, if we are not speaking about the plot, but the quality...sorry, but my old mother would have done much much better. You can easily notice a moniken (Doll) in jeans and sweater when some zombies takes their legs. Extreme, rude artificial non realistic trash. There is no plot, even for short movies, there is no quality, there is no real producers. I would give even 1/10 for a low quality school work, but to give this to a public??? If IMDb would let - i would give -10/10

First of all this is mainly a comedy sketch type movie, many segments that make up 'reports' from 'the last TV show you can watch during the apocalypse', hosted by Marvin 'badly fitting wig' Gloatt. I don't mind episodic type movies although it's not my favorite genre but this was very uneven. Some of it was slapstick, some poignant, some what you'd expect and some of it satirical. Is a a horrible mess? Well, yes and no. Some of the segments are well conceived, the acting is a bit spotty and the dialogue in some of them is less than flowing but some of them were worth the watch (the postman was my favorite and the public information segments about surviving in a zombie world).
