Nickelodeon’s Sizzling Summer Camp Special features all of your favorite Nickelodeon stars as they head off to a sleep-away camp together — but they soon find themselves in danger! The friends find out that their campsite has been haunted. The mysterious and legendary creatures have been haunting the camp for years! This is the third Nickelodeon Special in the series starring Nickelodeon stars such as Lizzy Greene, Jack Griffo, Kyla Drew Simmons, Jade Pettyjohn, Casey Simpson, and Mace Coronel.

Fresh and Exciting
I wanted to like it more than I actually did... But much of the humor totally escaped me and I walked out only mildly impressed.
This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.
There are moments in this movie where the great movie it could've been peek out... They're fleeting, here, but they're worth savoring, and they happen often enough to make it worth your while.
After the fiasco known as the Ho Ho Holiday Special (and their Not so Valentine's Special), Nickelodeon decided to make ANOTHER ratings trap, but this time it was about a summer camp. There was a rumor that they cast someone named "Selena" at the last minute for a subplot of her "Gassy Summer Camp Trip." Anyways, the special starts with two elves at the Christmas Workshop (isn't this a SUMMER special?) and they decide to tell about the time that the Nickelodeon stars went to summer camp. They go to the summer camp, named "Camp Nickelodeon" (how original) and they talk about what they want to do there. Then they cut to some girl asking for some ice cream, and the ice cream vendor tries getting it out, but makes a mess of the place. I couldn't take it anymore, so I turned it off and played my PS3. Long story short, do not watch this. This was yet another ratings trap that Nickelodeon decided to make.
Pros . Good acting from Kira Kosarin Chris Tallman Daniela Monet and Skunkman ( that's the character)Sub Plots are the best things and are very funny. Big Hand. I thought that spin on the classic Bigfoot was funny because no one has ever thought about it. (Also I think they did it to avoid copyright issues) Cons Jojo Siwa (They act like she is a big Nickelodeon star when this is literally the first thing that she is in.)Acting ( I love the acting I see the kids do on television shows but on specials they are never good.) Rated G horror movie (the theme is dark so it always goes to cut scenes and cringe worthy jokes about dumb things. When I think it would have been better if they rated it PG and had the dark theme and sent it to theaters like with what Nickelodeon did with Monster Trucks and both Sponge bob movies)Santa and Elves (People say Captain Jack Sparrow is overplayed well Santa and his elves are ten times worse and it's not even Christmas)Scenery (The sets are worse than the Wizard Of Oz in 1939 and that was a better movie)4 / 10 (but better than expected and better than Christmas and one with Female Easter Bunny and Abe Lincoln Nickelodeon specials
