Like others here, the only way I saw this was ON DEMAND cable. No way any sane person should pay to see this. But maybe so since it does have entertainment value in that parts of it are so bad it's funny. This film hasn't made IMDb's bottom 100 but it deserves to be there. I can't give it a 1/10 since I hear director Tim Kincaid made worst movies; such a rare breed! Here's some of the bad and ugly:Acting could sweep the Razzies. Teresa Farley is Dr. Gamble Pace who teams up with detective Lance Lewman to produce an extraordinary lack of chemistry. Teresa seems to be reading from a script at her feet and Lance is busy trying to impress no one. Best acting was the mugger/rapist with a knife. For about 1.5 seconds he was convincing. There's plenty of nudity and it's suggested that every woman is killed in the act of disrobing whether doing aerobics, standing in the kitchen, walking in the hospital or talking to mom on the phone. However, that's not true. The homeless old lady in the basement of the Empire State Building was also killed. Oh yeah, she's probably a virgin like pretty Dr. Pace. And then there's the bizarre: model Frances Raines does her naked strip and walk in the hospital past the bearded man. Kincaid apparently saw Mathilda May's naked girl in Lifeforce, the British cult sci-fi. Who was that bearded guy? Only the curious will find out.Watch out for the brilliant next-door Halloween party special effects by Ed French. Plenty of bright red paint splattered. The make-up and special effects look like the haunted house in the neighborhood that's set up for Halloween. And don't miss the rubber aliens and the goofy-goo ending robotic orgy bath scene. To end, Kincaid channels Brian De Palma's classic ending with Teresa Farley as Nancy Allen.

The Manhattan General Hospital has admitted a string of young women who have been raped by something otherworldly...I like when films start with reptilian creatures grabbing women and carrying them off while gobs of gore splatter on the ground... no disrespect to fair maidens, but seeing them abducted is far more satisfying than if it were young men -- is that sexist? Not sure what is up with the very ugly model and terrible tan lines. I mean, I know it was the 1980s, but is this the best New York had to offer? And then there is a long sequence of her working out nude while cheesy music plays. The film is not that long to begin with -- if you cut out this very gratuitous scene, you could probably have fit the whole film into an hour slot. (Director Tim Kincaid is primarily a gay porn director, though, so maybe this should be expected.) Nice effects on the chest-popping scene... Somehow this went from being distributed by Wizard Video to MGM... I hope Charlie Band made a few bucks off of it.If you want to see some of the ugliest, boniest women naked on screen for far too long, this might be the film for you. Besides that, it does not really have that much to offer. (There is a strange, subtle message that sex before marriage is bad, though -- only virgins get impregnated by "breeders". Be a whore and you will be safe!)

"Breeders" has enough cheesiness and cruddiness going for it to make it palatable viewing for bad movie lovers. At the very least, some audience members will appreciate writer / director Tim Kincaid going for so much gratuitous nudity; the eye candy factor is high. His supremely trashy, silly little film is basically kind of a variation on "Humanoids from the Deep", as creepy extraterrestrial monsters arrive in NYC and snatch assorted unlucky young woman (virgins, of course) to use as breeders. A dopey detective, Dale Andriotti (Lance Lewman) and a dedicated doctor, Gamble Pace (Teresa Farley) team up in the end to stop the rampage of rape. While this doesn't really reach the uproarious heights of inanity that this viewer would have liked, this is still reasonably fun. Part of the fun, as in any movie of this kind, is in seeing some pretty untalented actors deadpan their way through the material. Ed French supplies the endearingly awful makeup and creature effects, and in addition we get to see him monotonously act in a key supporting role. Also appearing are Frances Raines as naive gymnast turned model Karinsa, Matt Mitler as gay stylist Ted, and LeeAnne Baker as worried nurse Kathleen. Raines offers up a true highlight as she proceeds to do some aerobics in the nude. It's just too funny to be able to see the sneakers on the performer playing the monster, and that finale with a "nest" and the victims writhing suggestively inside is some pretty amusing stuff. The dialogue is daft, the presentation somewhat less than stylish, and the music a total hoot; obviously low, lowbrow, bargain basement, wonderfully inept schlock pictures won't be to everybody's taste, but while some viewers may wonder how *any* money could be spent on such a clunker, others will embrace its shameless sleaziness and moronic monster mayhem. Six out of 10.

I found that this movie was a waste of an hour and a half of my life.. This movie bored me to tears and was the most stupid movie I have ever seen!! All the women in this movie seemed to get naked (for no reason at all) and then raped… yeah nice…I don't recommend this movie to anyone and I have never thought this low of a movie before but sorry to say this movie was utter crap. The acting was shocking by Teresa Farley and Lance Lewman. There was no facial expressions at all by either actors, I brought this movie without watching it first and wished I kept the receipt… if I could rate lower than a 1 I would… I don't have much more to say about this movie but have to because I don't have enough lines.
