Eight contestants live in a house monitored 24/7 & broadcast live to the world for six weeks straight. The last one left in the tank goes home with a hefty cash prize. Live viewers are able to communicate directly with contestants through text-to-speech donations and physically affect conditions in the house through more expensive donations called "fishtoys". Follows day two and day three inside the tank. Awkward introductions are made and tensions are already rising between the fish. Jon talks politics at the dinner table, Damiel leaves a special surprise in the upstairs toilet, and Josie makes it known that she is in it to win. Life coach Nick Caminos visits the house for the first time and leaves the fish with some advice.
It's time for the soul games, what's inside your soul? The water in the tank is at its boiling-point and some of the fish are going belly-up.
Five fish remain in week two and the tank is relentless and unforgiving right from the jump. The fish are thrown directly into physically demanding and humiliating challenges like "The Cell". How high can tensions rise? Who will be the first to meltdown? Who will be the next fish to fry?
Uh-oh! Fish out of water! The producers send the fish off to camp for some much needed fresh air in the "Happy Camper" challenge and while they're at it, they repopulate the tank with some fresh but oddly familiar faces..
Four fish remain at the dawn of the fourth week and the producers kick off Act 2 by sparking fires with the "Drunk Piece of Shit Challenge". Five freeloaders wreak havoc on the tank by playing games and manipulating the fish with hidden incentives. Simon gets cancelled... and elected president! Chris dominates the tank with his charm and wit. Ella... was there? We think? Lance shows up for Vance in dire straits and Frank Hassle pays a visit to tank to send everything spiralling out of control. The tank is broken, it won't hold much longer.
Chris gets a little too comfortable in the tank and lets his desires be known.. Tensions reach all time highs.. An old friend makes a graceful return.. And a tearful goodbye from an OG.. The final 3 remain on Fishtank Live.
There are only ten days remaining for the final three fish.. An air of betrayal and rage fills the house and nobody is safe. Dontarius, a homeless black man, is finally welcomed into his new home. A familiar firebrand is brought in for one last job..
