Ritika's old friend Shubhi visits them after years. Rishi can't help but get smitten by her. While Rishi innocently tries to become friends with her, Ritika notices this odd behaviour and devices a plan to know his true intentions.
Rishi and Ritika's plans for Holi get sabotaged by an unexpected exam that falls on the next day of the festival. Tired of their mischief and protests, Neerja goes too far by cancelling Holi for the entire family.
Rishi gets bullied in school and the only person he can open up to about it is Ritika. The siblings take on the bully to teach him a lesson, but end up getting into trouble.
It's Sanjay's birthday. Neerja and the kids have a surprise planned, but Dadi is planning to celebrate the special day in her own way. Sanjay is stuck between his wife and kids, and his mother.
Sanjay's older brother visits the family. Sanjay is made to realize that he is not strict enough with his children.
