Chelsea tells Lacey she's secured the meeting with her father, Gov. Barclay, who is the only one who can pardon Tony, but it will cost her. Lacey and Gideon meet to strategize about her defense.
With Governor Barclay now at her mercy, things start to turn around for Lacey. Britney meets with Alphonso in jail, offers to represent him pro-bono. Judge Sears vents at Peter Corbin's lack of results around Lacey.

With the newly acquired security footage from Randall's home, Judge Reinhart grants Lacey and Randall a new trial. Capt. Warren Sloan congratulates Senator James Barclay on winning his special election.
Tony escorts Britney into the warehouse for the first time. Randall and Daniel hold a press conference to announce their new venture. Sasha and Sloan enjoy their first real date as a couple. Lacey and Mark discuss all the issues in their marriage.
Judge Sharon Floyd and Big D broker a truce between Judge Sears and Tony. Randall offers to take Daniel under his wing and teach him. Chelsea confronts her father Sen. Barclay about Samantha. Lacey confronts Tony about Tony's new protege Britney.
