Her mom is afraid she'll become obsessed, but Jamie feels she's very realistic about her expectations. All she wants is a nose like Posh Spice, who she's loved since her days as a young Spice Girls fan.

Audrey currently does a little modeling, but feels her body has prevented her from getting the more glamorous modeling jobs. Also, a new look would help her steal some attention from her sister and move on from her annoying Hell's Angel boyfriend.

Carmen Electra is also idolized by Vived, a 23-year-old dancer who designs clothing for Barbie dolls and for her own clothing line. Carmen is her idol because of her success as a model, dancer and entrepreneur. Vived also wants her body to measure up to Carmen's, and thinks that breast implants and liposuction will do the trick. Vived hopes that plastic surgery will allow her to model in ""Playboy,"" just like Carmen. She also wants to feel sexy enough to model her own lingerie.

Pamela Andersen's look is the one that Gia--a 26-year-old transexual porn star turned director/producer of her own adult films--is going for. Inspired by her friend Cindy, the ""Human Barbie,"" she's had over a dozen procedures and is going under the knife again to get a new set of breast implants, lipo on her abdomen and chin, another nose job, micrografts to her hairline and fat transferred to her smile lines.
