LUI FEI-HAP’s boyfriend, TUNG SHIU-LEUNG, proposes to her during an operation. He is shocked to learn that she is a sergeant from the Emergency Unit. This upsets her, believing he does not like her job. Her fellow colleagues are trying to give her some words of consolations when LEUNG appears and proposes to her again. HAP’s mother, SIS TEN, and father, LUI CHUN-NAM, are both very pleased about the good news. AUNT TSAT’s daughter is getting married soon. SIS SHAP tells HAP to bring LEUNG to the wedding banquet. The reporter of Boom Daily, which is a tabloid, LAM YAT-YAT visits a hostess bar to fish out information from a hostess named EVA. EVA has a fight with another hostess. HAP has an argument with YAT as she is investigating the case. In the meantime, an old lady has been knocked down by a car. HAP runs after the run-away driver, who to her surprise is LEUNG. She is more stunned when she finds in him large quantity of drugs……

HAP tells YAT to go down on his knees to apologize to EVA and then puts EVA under arrest when she is not aware. NAM wants to find someone to pretend to be HAP’s boyfriend at the wedding banquet of AUNT TSAT’s daughter. He turns to SIS SING for help. YAT attends the wedding as requested by his mother but his identity is exposed almost immediately. SIS SING and her younger SIS, SUNG WAI-KIU, fight over a computer. YAT therefore buys them a tablet computer each. AUNT TSAT played a mistress in a movie recently. YAT finds it strange, as “mistress” has always been a taboo subject in the family. HAP is so clumsy that she spills lotion on airport security unit officer SZETO KIU. A ground service agent has been taken by a man. KIU goes to her rescue at once. HAP joins her. KIU wants to join the Emergency Unit. Her decision wins the support of her father, SZETO WAI. KIU gives her team a good telling-off the first day she reports duty……

HAP receives a video from YAT at last, only that it is not the one she wants but a pornographic video. YAT’s boss, MR TIN, tells him to interview LIN YING-TONG but TONG refuses to give him an interview. TONG is attacked by some demonstrators as he is asking reporters’ questions. He tells HAP it was YAT who attacked him. YAT is taken to the police station. While there, he claim he will give YAT the video she wants on the condition that she proves his innocence. KIU tells HAP why she has to transfer KIT to another unit when HAP gives her the video. An old man’s flat has been broken into and splashed red paint. HAP goes to the scene for investigation. BIG EYES, YAT’s assistant, discovers that the old man, who is known as UNCLE TUNG, has recently contact an estate agent named IVY. Suspecting that it is an illegal eviction tactic of the real estate developer, YAT contacts UNCLE TUNG for more information……

YAT has escaped from death. HAP was injured as she was trying to save him. The two do not stop quarreling even at hospital. Everybody in the team is worried that KIU will deal with them. HAP promises to support them. The girls put their heads together to see how they can deal with KIU. KIU admires SIS TEN a lot. She asks for her opinion on the way she handled KIU’s matter. HAP and the other girls discover that KIU has circled a piece of sexy lingerie on a magazine. They decide to buy KIU the lingerie so as to please her. YAT finds out that IVY likes going to gigolo bars. He tells BIG EYES to act as a gigolo. KIU scolds HAP and the other girls instead of thanks them when she receives the lingerie. YAT and BIG EYES manage to find a job at a gigolo bar. CHAN SIR tells HAP, LAM OI-OI and four other officers to pretend to be customers of a gigolo bar to gather information……

HAP takes OI for YAT’s girlfriend. What is more, she learns from OI’s conversation that she is suffering from a terminal illness and has been dumped by YAT. She tells her team mates to care more about OI. In fact, OI is YAT’s half SIS. When his father was on his deathbed in Taiwan, she begged YAT to go home to see their father but failed. BIG EYES has sneaked into IVY’s room. HAP and her team’s operation at the gigolo bar has to be stopped because their identities have been exposed. CHAN SIR, however, praises them for their performance. They did not know until then that it was KIU who recommended them to him. OI has been evicted by her landlord. HAP not only puts her up but also arranges a meeting with YAT for her. OI gives YAT a wooden box and a letter written by their late father. YAT helps UNCLE TUNG move house. While the old man appreciates his help, HAP does not think helping one's victim is something to be proud of. A man manages to coax a boy into going into the water. KIU is amused by the method he uses. The next day, she is surprised to learn that he is new comer WONG TZE-TSUEN. UNCLE TUNG is in a coma when NAM visits him. It is believed that he has taken an overdose of sleeping pills. OI arrives at the scene for investigation. UNCLE TUNG's son, who appears to be under the effect of soft drugs, stabs OI in the neck and then leaves with NAM under his duress. The Emergency Unit is called in. HAP cannot believe that her father is under duress. TSUEN arrests UNCLE TUNG's son in the nick of time. LONG-NING has dropped her gun without herself knowing it. KIU accuses her of letting her private life affect her work and of dropping her guard……

OI and YAT have buried the hatchet. She thanks HAP for his mediating. Although OI and YAT have reconciled with each other, he still refuses to accept the wooden box their later father left him. NING and NO fear that KIU will punish them. HAP tells them to rest assured, as she will certainly come up with a solution. HAP learns by chance that KIU is a big fan of SISTER SHAP. She therefore tells SISTER SHAP to do her a favor and has a word with KIU. Quoting her own experience, SISTER SHAP tells KIU the necessity of resorting to the carrot and stick approach with her team members. NING and NO treat SISTER SHAP and HAP to hot pot to thank them for their help. KIU joins them, wishing to take the opportunity to improve their relationship. But she is disappointed to see that SISTER SHAP is on NING and NO's side. A man accuses a prostitute, who is known as NGAN, of stealing $2,000 from him. The security guard reports the case to the police……

A steel rack falls down. YAT saves HAP before it hits her. NI has been disappointed by love again. YAT takes the opportunity to express his love for her. The sudden appearance of HAP, who claims to be his girlfriend, ruins his plan. In fact, HAP has learnt from YAT's supervisor, NGAI SHU-SUN, that YAT has chosen her as one of the 10 crazy women. As such, she decides to give him a lesson……

NAM works as a cheongsam consultant for a movie on the sly. HAP thinks he should let SIS SHAP know. An extra takes photos of SIS SING changing clothes secretly. HAP confiscates his camera as she finds out about it. HAP bickers with YAT again as they run into each other. She demands that he excludes her from the Top Ten Crazy Women Show, claiming she will make open SIS SING’s video clip if he fails to do so. KIU dresses up to attend her date with TSUEN, who to her surprise turns up dressed like a rock ‘n’ roll star. He tells her not to pay attention to people’s opinions, promising to show her the taste of the long-lost good old days. KIU is moved. CHI has lost some banknotes. OI searches high and low with him till midnight. Her persistence earns CHI’s appreciation. NING’s boyfriends chart has been uploaded to the internet by some hacker. The netizens call her “philatelic girl”. WAI SIR is so furious that he demands a break-up……

SIS SING knocks over an ashes urn as she is filming a movie. Make-up artist BROTHER SHUI tells her she will have a year of bad luck and that only a woman who was born in the Year of the Goat can help her change the course of the year. MR. TIN takes the anniversary feature very seriously. That gives YAT a hard time, as he dares not include HAP in the Top Ten Crazy Women Show. HAP visits SIS SING at the studio, where she saves SIS SING’s life. SIS SING wins a prize because of HAP. She is overjoyed when she discovers that HAP was born in the Year of the Goat. A bag lady has done NO a favor. Inspired by her kindheartedness, NO decides to help the poor in the identity of GOLDEN WOMAN. YAT and BIG EYES probe into the identity of GOLDEN WOMAN. PO catches NO over speeding and comes to know she is GOLDEN WOMAN. NO’s colleagues promise to keep her family background a secret. Waking up from a nightmare, SIS SING tells YAT to ask for HAP’s help……

HAP and OI got injured at work. As LAM needs to cook for them, he refuses to return to the studio to alter cheongsams. SIS SING is currently working at two movies, one as a procuress and the other a spy. She therefore tells YAT to cook for HAP. SIS SHAP returns home early. YAT and HAP help NAM avoid her. It upsets KIU that her father does not like CHUEN. CHUEN is not giving in though, and assures her that she will have his support. PO wants to have a child with HONG but medical examination shows that the chance that she gets pregnant is slim. It upsets her even more when she sees HONG and her good friend TONG MEI-KEI MIKI hugging each other outside a hotel. “POLICE HEADACHE” follows in the footsteps of “PHILATELIC GIRL” in revealing NO’s identity as “GOLDEN WOMAN”. What is more, he makes open the fact that PO is impotent and that her good friend has an affair with her husband. PO slaps MIKI on the face angrily……

YAT has caught “POLICE HEADACHE”. His courage and quick-wittedness, as well as his exclusive about “POLICE HEADACHE” win the applause of his colleagues. PO applies to transfer to the Tango Team. HAP joins her for fear she would pick up a fight with MIKI. YAT sees his late father’s wooden box as he is helping OI move. HAP makes him open the box with a trick. When he opens the box, he finds a set of stamps on Lunar New Year animals. He believes it was a tactic of his father to plead for his forgiveness. According to OI, their father used to write to him often but YAT does not believe her. HAP goes to YAT’s old apartment for a look. She rushes to the refuse collection point at once when she knows that the new landlord has just thrown away YAT’s old letters. As YAT is reading his father’s letters, he comes to know the reason why his father left home. He thanks HAP, but they soon quarrel over the way he handles news. KIU sees the letters……

YAT witnesses HUNG jumping down a building. HAP does not know whether to laugh or cry when he blames cowardice for the tragedy. YAT has received massive complaints. SUN demands him to resign, but he suggests MR. TIN to do HUNG a justice as a sales gimmick. MIKI decides to transfer to another unit so as to avoid working with PO. WAI is badly injured as he is running after a thief. OI gets frightened as she sees the knife that the thief used. WAI is admitted to hospital too late. As a result, his mobility may be affected. LEE SIR tells OI and CHI to write him a detailed report of the case. CHI hopes OI could cover up the truth, only to be given a severe telling-off. YAT has a writer’s block going on. Sleepless, he goes out to grab a beer. HAP finds him, who is blotto, in a park. He confesses to being responsible for HUNG’s death. And for the first time ever, he challenges his own values. WAI refuses to go for physiotherapy……

With a view to taking care of WAI, KIU takes a leave of absence but he does not seem to appreciate her kind intention. As OI is afraid of knives, LEE SIR suspends her from work temporarily for a psychological assessment. CHI is glad that his job is spared. OI’s attack makes him ashamed of himself. Later, he tells her how he has turned from an enthusiastic officer to a coward. The two are reconciled with each other. YAT has received a lot of congratulations calls from his friends. It turns out that, in order to help him stand up, HAP has uploaded a video of him sweeping up leaves in a park to the Internet. YAT is very grateful for her encouragement. Boom Daily is selling like hot cakes because of YAT’s article titled “Hung’s dead. Whose fault is it?”. MR. TIN is looking forward to his feature on the 10 Crazy Women Show. YAT’s text message explaining why he has to resign takes his colleagues by surprise……

PO protracts the divorcing procedure by refusing to sign the documents. By doing so, HAP points out, she is also torturing herself. Angry pregnant women take to the streets. One of them goes into labor in the middle of the protest. Seeing this, PO decides to be candid with HONG. SIS SHAP has won an Outstanding Woman Award. KIU attends the award presentation ceremony. Upon learning that KIU is worried about her father, SIS SHAP encourages her to face WAI directly as they are practicing shooting. WAI needs to go to the toilet desperately but there are no nurses around. CHUEN appears in time to his help. WAI learns from CHUEN that he has broken up with KIU, and that the young man is determined to make him take on a new look at him so as to please KIU. KIU plucks up enough courage to pour her heart out to WAI. Out of her expectation, he is not angry. In addition to agreeing to go for physiotherapy, he promises to let her go out with CHUEN……

NI tells YAT at a bar that PETER is seeing another girl. She requests that YAT go back to her but he turns her down politely. Nonetheless, she invites him to go watching the stars with her. SIS SHAP dashes for the studio to tell NAM off as soon as she has found out that he is working as a cheongsam consultant. HAP is accused of covering up for her father too. NI tricks YAT into getting drunk and then takes photos of the naked him. The photos break HAP’s heart. She is strolling in the streets when a woman unknown to her knocks her out then knocks her up. Apparently, the woman, whose name is SO SING-PUI, is mad. She locks HAP up in a car and then sets fire to it. NAM and SIS SHAP have a fierce argument. No sooner has he proposed a divorce than the news of HAP’s being admitted to hospital comes. YAT tells NI he will be responsible for what he did as he wakes up. HAP’s injury comes as a shocking news to YAT……

HAP and her colleagues follow PUI to a warehouse. Refusing to be arrested, PUI jumps from the height and dies. HAP tells YAT about PUI’s story and what she said before she jumped to death. YAT writes about PUI’s tragedy and commends HAP in his newspaper. The first issue of One Newspaper proves to be a success. NI requests that YAT marry her. He has no choice but to say yes. HAP makes a speech on behalf of SIS SHAP. In her speech, she tells the life of a female cop and thanks NAM for his understanding. Her teammates, together with SIS SHAP, all in cheongsam, salute to NAM. NAM is thrilled to bits. LEUNG shows up out of the blue and requests that HAP start over with him. She did not know until then that he has been working as an undercover cop. YAT confesses in their wedding rehearsal that he does not want to marry NI merely for responsibility’s sake……
