A fiercely active Communard, Louise Michel is condemned for taking arms against Bismarck. That was an excellent one.
This is one of the best movies I’ve seen in a very long time. You have to go and see this on the big screen.
It’s not bad or unwatchable but despite the amplitude of the spectacle, the end result is underwhelming.
The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;
