Amazon Symphony (1954)
Sinfonia Amazônica, or Amazon Symphony, was Brazil's first animated feature-length film, produced entirely by Anélio Lattini Filho over five years and finished in 1951. Like Disney's Fantasia, it tells several folk stories over orchestral music.

Sorry, this movie sucks
Best movie of this year hands down!
A waste of 90 minutes of my life
I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
This was the first animated movie Ever produced in Brazil, my country. Anélio Latine, the director, made this film all by yourself. One man, alone, draw about 500.000,00 drawings papers for this film. The movie itself is very good for the time, Black and white, and Tell 7 stories from the Amazon. This is a must see for any animation lover, a gem from Brazil, to the world!
