Filmed during their 2005 reunion tour, this release captures the sonic guitar assaults of Dinosaur Jr. onstage, playing the songs "Gargoyle," "Little Fury Things," "Just Like Heaven," and more. Also included is rare behind-the-scenes footage featuring the band, as well as interviews with Kim Gordon and Thurston Moore (Sonic Youth), Mike Watt (The Minutemen), and guitarist Steve Albini.

That was an excellent one.
I don't have all the words right now but this film is a work of art.
This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Great example of an old-fashioned, pure-at-heart escapist event movie that doesn't pretend to be anything that it's not and has boat loads of fun being its own ludicrous self.
When I saw the set list for this DVD, I thought this would be golden. Instead it was as I remember seeing them live in 92, kind of bland. I enjoy listening to their albums (Bug and Greenmind are the best IMO, but Dinosaur Jr. live reminds me of a polished high school band. I was excited when they played Chunks, but Lou had no aggression, sure it is 25 years later, but it just sums up what I thought of this performance, bland.The strobe lights in the video are very annoying. It gets old fast.If you are a die hard fan, you might like this much more then I did? I enjoy them and consider myself a fan, but prefer to listen to their albums vs. watching them live. I would have loved to see footage of them in their pinnacle in the late 80's. If this DVD would have been a mix of live shows from years past to present, I think this would have been so much better.
