An Exercise In Nonsense

It really made me laugh, but for some moments I was tearing up because I could relate so much.

It's funny, it's tense, it features two great performances from two actors and the director expertly creates a web of odd tension where you actually don't know what is happening for the majority of the run time.

This is a gorgeous movie made by a gorgeous spirit.

The movie is very good thriller and awesome.The story is very different and good.The story is about a man who is badly addicted to smoking and in order to quit smoking visits a rehabilitation centre and finally he is released from there after being warned that his family will be killed if he dares to smoke again and......The direction is superb from Anurag Kashyap.The screenplay was good.The editing locations and dialogues were awesome.And the acting was awesome from John Abraham and paresh rawal acted good too.Its a must watch movie guys.Hats off to all the makers of this film.A very different thriller.Bollywood should make more movies like this.

A brilliant attempt by Anurag Kashyap to make something different like he always tries. Even for someone who is not familiar with the book this story is supposedly based on, the movie is entertaining. I watched it after googling for "movies like shutter island", and I am not disappointed, movie is worth much more than what it's rating is here. Of course if you love the typical bollywood masala movie, probably wouldn't like it. Keep an open mind and enjoy the movie. Bottom line: one of those bollywood movies which are meant for a minority of Indian Audience, who read the novels these movies are usually based on; or like me, love "mind-f*ck" movies.

The movie is a masterpiece with lot of vision involved breaking the shackles of traditional Indian movie experience. It is worth a watch because of the vivid imagination of the director as the movie truly depicts the geniuses with its artistry & creativity. The performance of every1 in the movie was awesome(special mention of paresh rawal)& kudos to anurag kashyap for making such a cult movie.It should make a new benchmark for original scripts to be written which give the movie goer a new experience all together. I do hope the new breed of directors make more films unique movies like dis one which takes our quality of our cinema to a new level
