Crush (2009)
Five short love stories, which become a statement of the directors about love. A shoemaker, a reporter, a pavement hooker-in, a psychiatric patient and a young man released from prison are the main characters of the film, heroes in a time of no heroes. All of them have the important qualities of being openhearted and not afraid of loving.

Good story, Not enough for a whole film
An absolute waste of money
This is a coming of age storyline that you've seen in one form or another for decades. It takes a truly unique voice to make yet another one worth watching.
Not sure how, but this is easily one of the best movies all summer. Multiple levels of funny, never takes itself seriously, super colorful, and creative.
Five short stories by five different directors linked perhaps by the idea of unexpected encounters, attraction (sometimes shared, sometimes not) and misunderstanding between the sexes. All five stories are quite effective in conveying powerful emotions in little time, even without words in the case of the one entitled "Urgent repair", which I found the most gripping one of the whole lot.On the other hand, the main characters in the short films do find it hard to convey their emotions, because they are physically or mentally alienated: a collection of antiheroes, of "small people" with communication problems with which many viewers are, however, likely to empathise.I guess that one the possible readings of the film is that nearly everyone, whatever the personal circumstances, is striving for affection and understanding, and that this is not necessarily attainable.
