In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.
I enjoyed watching this film and would recommend other to give it a try , (as I am) but this movie, although enjoyable to watch due to the better than average acting fails to add anything new to its storyline that is all too familiar to these types of movies.
A terrific literary drama and character piece that shows how the process of creating art can be seen differently by those doing it and those looking at it from the outside.
Wasn't bad, but wasn't that good either. I was expecting more tips / "hacks" and secrets on how to enjoy the Disney theme parks from an adult perspective. I really enjoyed the "cast members only" footage... Seeing the parks from a different perspective was pretty cool. Inspires me to create a "Disneyland Hacks" video, since I live in CA and know a few tricks of my own... Have been to WDW 3 times and thoroughly enjoyed it. I want to read the DSOD book and compare it to the film since that's what it was based on. Honestly though, I learned more from Leonard Kinsey's and other YouTube videos than the film. (Dole Whip and rum, riding the people mover to enjoy some alcohol and many more)...The pacing was good, the story and character development could have been stronger. Kept waiting for the money shot and it just never happened. I was just a bit underwhelmed, only a bit. Overall it was good and totally worth the 3 buck rental on Vimeo.Would recommend to any die-hard Disney fan such as myself.
