Perfect cast and a good story
Nice effects though.
I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible
Fanciful, disturbing, and wildly original, it announces the arrival of a fresh, bold voice in American cinema.
I was disappointed with the tribute spot to the special effects wizards of Star Trek. Kenny G was playing as it was shown and he got most of the camera time...as a special effects fan I was highly disappointed at the directors choice and felt compelled to say something even if it is 12 yrs later. But the rest of the show was really well done especially the Frasier gag they put on before the Kenny G thing. As I am watching this on the Bio channel there is a horrible take on John Lennon's "Imagine" song done in a opera style...it's horrible. Well that does it for me, I'm changing the channel after I write this but I just saw Buzz Aldrin is coming on next so maybe I'll give it another shot.
This special aired in November 1996 on U.P.N. to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Star Trek. It featured clips from all the past series, movies and events. Cast members from all the various shows also made appearances along with special guests. One memorable part was a parody of Voyager. It was pretty entertaining stuff, with some good stuff and some bad stuff.
