It's fun, it's light, [but] it has a hard time when its tries to get heavy.

By the time the dramatic fireworks start popping off, each one feels earned.

The movie is filmed all in the Tampa area and released at The Todd here in town. The movie follows a biker gang, with one member ready to take out the leader and assume power of the gang and push their havoc onto others. I have a personal connection to the man that plays the new gang leader as he is my girlfriends uncle. We recently found a website that had converted the movie to DVD and sells it for around 15 dollars. if interested contact me and will link you to the site. All in all the movie is horrible. scenes are re-used the van incident, the acting, but it all seems funny after you have watched it and you realize how horrible it really is

I worked on this epic...shot in five days with two days of pick up shots to help editing. Carol Conners was fresh off the "Deep Throat" feature and was the major part of the budget. She cussed like a prima donna sailor between takes. The film made back the production cost 30 days after release with 35 prints including the "answer print" that was missing two minutes of sound track. If you watch the van explosion you will note that the van changed from a Ford to a Chevrolet during the blast. A famous award winning cinematographer did the "B" camera work as a favor to the director. My input was 25% of the location sound, stills, trailer editing, radio spot and 35mm print distribution...I ended being the best paid crew on the project. The producer, Joe Fink, died shortly after the release due to brain cancer and the Re-mart company folded....they had four more drive-in epics planned.

As I have commented before, I have seen many films in the beloved "biker movie" genre from 1966-1974. This is one of the last films in the genre, both chronologically and aesthetically. Poorly directed, poorly photographed, written by someone for whom English was a second language, and acted by non-actors, this is real low-budget sleaze. If you want to see hippies with the longest possible hair, bad psychedelic rock by "The Joe Banana Thing" (I kid you not), and endless tooling around the back roads of Florida on hogs, this is YOUR movie. Otherwise, STAY THE **** AWAY.If you want a biker movie, I'd be happy to recommend THE WILD ANGELS, THE CYCLE SAVAGES, HELLS ANGELS 69, SATAN'S SADISTS, or for the most way-out exploitation thrills possible, THE TORMENTORS. Get on your Harleys and ride, gang.
