Reno 911!: Miami (2007)

Very well executed

Slow pace in the most part of the movie.

In truth, there is barely enough story here to make a film.

It's an amazing and heartbreaking story.

A rag-tag team of Reno cops are called in to save the day after a terrorist attack disrupts a national police convention in Miami Beach during spring break. Based on the Comedy Central series. Reno 911!: Miami has alot of dumb jokes, terrible acting and characters that are boring plus terrible cameos from great actors like The Rock who appears for 3 minutes and gets blown up for a stupid reason. This movie shouldn't even been made in the first place. (0/10)

When watching this, it seemed not only pointless but it seemed like the writers only idea was to show flesh in pointless ways too. There seemed to be nothing that was funny except if you laugh at bodies that should not be showing skin or body functions that run amok.This film makes Borat look better all the time. There seems to be a total lack of connection from one scene to the next and even when a connection is made by accident, it doesn't make the viewer care.If you like skin, this film is in as there is plenty of skin too gawk at. If you want to laugh, try something else as this one don't do it for me.

I do not know what I have nominated as the worst movie ever; I know Beerfest was one of them. I cannot remember the others, but this has to be at the top of the list. It was just plain terrible.I was honestly in shock throughout. I just could not believe that anyone paid for the film stock to film this. People actually watch the TV show? Incredible! The only thing worthwhile in the whole film was the whale-on-the-beach scene. Actually, I really didn't pay much attention to the whale as there were two other beautiful sights that I was focused on.This is the ultimate low in film-making.

LOL stupid but I guess that was the point... I am not a big fan of the Reno 911 TV show, but I did have a couple of laughs a few odd times I did catch it on TV. I mean the laughs are silly and quite harmless, and the movie was much the same: nothing special but depending on the mood you are in and who you're with it, it's OK.The plot is simple: The Reno squad gets invited to the Miami police convention (they only got the invite since everyone else got invited too) but since no computer records pop up they are denied convention passes and hotel reservations to stay with the rest of the troops. As it just so happened, this large gathering of the law enforcement troops at one place was a perfect place for terrorists to strike with a bio-attack and thus everyone in the convention got infected - but luckily for the city of Miami, the Reno crew is there to jump in and save the day... more or less...quote:"How did the 911 switch board get disconnected?" - "Because we had to unplug it to plug in the pop-corn maker" Duuuh
