It is a whirlwind of delight --- attractive actors, stunning couture, spectacular sets and outrageous parties. It's a feast for the eyes. But what really makes this dramedy work is the acting.

Please read the book, "Merchants of Doubt: How a Handful of Scientists Obscured the Truth on Issues from Tobacco Smoke to Global Warming" by Naomi Oreskes and Erik Conway. Much more honest than this mockumentary.I'd wager the Heritage Foundation, R.J. Reynolds, and The Cato Institute had their greedy little fingers all over this project.Honestly, who is funding this project and what's their motivation?Do some research. The science is solid, man made global warming is a fact. When it comes right down to it you've got to ask yourself who you trust with our planet's future, natural scientists or economists.

This is a must see movie for everyone!In the past the earth has had extreme warm and cold periods during times where cars, factories and planes did not even exist.Only the last 20 years are politicians and the media making us believe that it is us humans causing global warming. Being so-called environmental friendly has now led to more expensive products and more taxes for the average person. Only a very small number of people are profiting financially or politically from this hype called global warming. But planet earth will continue to have more warmer and colder periods, with or without us humans. Nothing can be done about that. Even with technology we have nowadays, we still are not capable of changing mother nature and the climate...

I'll start talking about this documentary as it should be, honestly: it is a fraud.It's presented as a serious movie, but it doesn't take long until you realize that there's something wrong about it. Anybody who has already made a little research about Global Warming know that today's temperature are higher than in the so called "Medieval Warm Period". The graph this movie shows about the recorded temperature shows us that the temperature nowadays are way lower than in that period. I thought myself: "there's something wrong about that", and I decided to make again, a little research about it. Yes, it is a LIE. Pure, unmasked LIE. The period showed by the graph as "NOW" is actually about 1990~1995. Woah, a movie made in 2007 using a 12~15 year-old graph? That doesn't make sense. Why? Because if they had used the graph showing the temperature in, say, 2005, it wouldn't fit to their claims.There's a lot more misinformation about it than just that. Don't let people fool yourself. Also, there was a debate on the Australian Television "ABC" about this movie with real experts which debunked almost everything in this pseudo-documentary. Look for it over at google and you'll find.

When will C4 update the viewers on the debate? So many eminent scientists etc., gave their support to the programme and it's message. How do they feel now? Do they still feel the same? Is there now more evidence to support the claim that GB is not caused by man made CO2 emissions, or to the contrary?? Personally I have not seen anything that convinces me that GB is man made. We appear to be experiencing one of the coldest winters for some years. I do remember 1957 and 1963, going to school where there were snow drifts 3 feet high. I also remember snow falling heavily on Christmas eve. Something we haven't seen for many years, but are the winters getting colder in the last few years. I also keep trying to get up to date data on the growth or recession of the polar ice caps, especially as the news seems to promote the view that they are shrinking. Unfortunately the data seems elusive.
