Surprisingly incoherent and boring

As Good As It Gets

Admirable film.

The thing I enjoyed most about the film is the fact that it doesn't shy away from being a super-sized-cliche;

Well I do not know much about Indian cinema, even though I like many of them, like Life of Pi, in terms of costumes and photography, Jodhaa Akbar is impeccable, the look is too beautiful, the film has a serious problem, it is Longer than it should, when the film has more than three hours, it has great risks of being tiring, for example I think that two and a half hours is the perfect time, few films of more than three hours did not leave me with tedium at all A few minutes (Braveheart, Spartacus, Lawrence of Arabia, Ben-Hur, Amadeus, Gladiator, Goodfellas and more), the script can not sustain so many hours, and the direction is hampered by this, the battle scenes are weak, Which is neat that was poorly choreographed, Jodhaa Akbar is a weak film, even with a good cast, and a visually impeccable being left a lot to be desired. Note 5.6

As i say about Ashutosh Gowariker he is the very perfectionist director in India. He has a very good point of view in direction. I have seen many makings of his film and i see he is very clear about that what exactly he want to do. Jodhaa Akbar is very very good Indian epic historical drama film. Hritik Roshan, Aishwarya Rai and all other actors did great job. If i would say about film in one line i will say it's a great hard work of all crew member and those people who worked in Jodhaa Akbar. Haidar Ali writes good story. Screenplay is good, Dialogue is good, Music is very good, Cinematography well and you will see very superb work of production design and costume design. Nitin Chandrakant Desai did very well job in movie. The Film's set is very large and It's looking like actual Mughal's building. you can't find any difference between film set and original building. Detailing, Color tone, atmosphere and fillings of scene everything is perfect in this movie.

The movie is based on the time during the mughal dynasty. Jallaludin Mohammed Akbar is one of the most powerful rulers. He was crowned at a very young age. Years later he married a Rajput princess Jodhaa (Aiswarya Rai) who happens to be in a different religion. They try to be good and comfortable with each other that's when more problems arise from the enemies.Jodhaa Akbar has a good storyline but has unnecessary dragging. The movie lasts for about three and half hours in that manner. And it was completely unnecessary. Like Hrithik Roshan takes about five minutes to go from one room to another. And during the wedding scene Aiswarya Rai is sitting there and the camera pans in taking about five minutes. Only in the second half the film becomes more lively.Songs are excellent like jashn e bahara, khwaja mere khwaja.They had that touch of the old days including the lyrics. A.R Rahman did well in both song's music direction as well as the background score. The performance were very good from all the actors. Overall Jodhaa Akbar is a good movie. It is not an entertainer. Fans of Hrithik Roshan and Aiswarya Rai will like this film. 8/10

It definitely will take us back to the old era.Hritik Roshan was extra ordinary and Aish looked amazing. I was very much involved in the movie and never felt like I m watching Aish and Hritik.Hritik is the best choice for Akbar and Aish for Jodha.I haven't seen real Akbar but after seeing this movie, I have an what kind of a person Akbar was. It gives us a feeling that not all mughal emperors were same.There are some qualities in Akbar which made him great.They have very well captured Akbars characteristic feature and tried to present him to the best that they can.You won't be disappointed after watching this movie.It has everything that a super hit movie need to have in it.
