At first rather annoying in its heavy emphasis on reenactments, this movie ultimately proves fascinating, simply because the complicated, highly dramatic tale it tells still almost defies belief.

A film with more than the usual spoiler issues. Talking about it in any detail feels akin to handing you a gift-wrapped present and saying, "I hope you like it -- It's a thriller about a diabolical secret experiment."

The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

I saw this film at the SF Gay Film Festival 2014. Since I live in California, I had never heard of the New Jersey 4 who are profiled in this excellent documentary. The film gave me all the background that I needed to understand the context and the setting for the travesty of justice in the case of the four women involved. It was eye-opening to learn the details of the events and how the media jumped to conclusion in labeling these women "a gang of killers" when it was later shown to be a situation of self-defense and sexual harassment. The prosecutor and the judge seemed to be biased in the case and did not take critical evidence into consideration. This is an important film to be seen by all people who care about justice under the law.
