Just perfect...
I like movies that are aware of what they are selling... without [any] greater aspirations than to make people laugh and that's it.
The plot isn't so bad, but the pace of storytelling is too slow which makes people bored. Certain moments are so obvious and unnecessary for the main plot. I would've fast-forwarded those moments if it was an online streaming. The ending looks like implying a sequel, not sure if this movie will get one
The story, direction, characters, and writing/dialogue is akin to taking a tranquilizer shot to the neck, but everything else was so well done.
I watched this film during a casual trip in Taipei. This four-chapter documentary movie placed a big pause to my normal routine. It brought deep thoughts on how we connect with the world and what values the most in our life. The cinematographic was so calm and sublime that I could almost breathe from the scene it created. It took me a long while to digest the many topics it raises and the phenomenon it holds.
