If the ambition is to provide two hours of instantly forgettable, popcorn-munching escapism, it succeeds.

I have to agree with everybody. This is obviously the stupidest movie I have ever seen in my life so far. Still, it is at times hilarious for reasons I cannot identify - it is beyond my understanding, because you simply start laughing out of the blue, and I am laughing even now when I am writing these lines. Maybe this is the beauty of this movie. Too stupid not to laugh. In short, it is about a spaceship that becomes a host for an extraterrestrial life form. It is a very serious spoof that makes all other space movies appear even more idiotic. And I am again laughing when I am writing these lines.Again, I have to recommend seeing this movie. I have never rated a movie with 2 out of 10. But you will definitely laugh at its stupidity. And I am again laughing when I am writing these lines. Such a stupid movie.

I saw this movie for the reason a lot of people saw it. It was called Naked Space. I assumed it would be as good as The Naked Gun series. But instead I got one of the cheesiest space movies I've ever seen, but overall it was freaking' hilarious! Sometimes I would be laughing at the jokes, but most of the time I was laughing at the acting and dialogue. I love Leslie Nielsen, and he was the closest this film got to decent. Although I can't say that I didn't enjoy the "I Want to Eat Your Face" musical number. So I'm not saying it was the greatest movie I've ever seen, but I'm not saying it was the worst. It was an overacted, badly directed, terribly written spoof. And it was hilarious!

Why are y'all complaining so much on this under-rated...err...I mean over-rated flick????? This is middle-rated; meaning, not too dull or ugh!!!!! In plain English, it's excellent!!!!! Four years before "Spaceballs" made us never look at science fiction the same way again, "The Creature Wasn't Nice" had done just that. While not as great as "Spaceballs" (storywise and, umm, character-name wise LOL), "TCWN" still made us laugh where no man has gone before; just about as funny as watching "Star Trek" bloopers!!!!! LOLOL Anyways, Leslie Nielsen of "Airplane!" fame was, as always, very funny, and he would make yet another bad sci-fi parody film like this years later ("2001: A Space Travesty").While this movie may not be "Spaceballs" or "2001: AST," "TCWN" is still a very watchable and very funny comedy to enjoy.10 stars

I can not believe anyone could find this movie unfunny. I laughed so hard. There was not a scene in this movie that was not funny. It was a spoof and anyone who watches it must remember just that. It was not intended to be serious. Cindy Williams did a stand up job on this.It was such a spoof of the space movies and truly was the best.I loved it. The monster was great. And the song "I want to eat your Face" hysterical. Their expressions during the song was priceless.I thought the entire cast was first rate. From the beginning to the end the movie was just plain fun. This was such a cute send off with the entire crew did on this creature.
