The film creates a perfect balance between action and depth of basic needs, in the midst of an infertile atmosphere.

It’s fine. It's literally the definition of a fine movie. You’ve seen it before, you know every beat and outcome before the characters even do. Only question is how much escapism you’re looking for.

The acting is good, and the firecracker script has some excellent ideas.

European gigolos are being murdered. In Malibu, Deuce Bigalow (Rob Schneider) is still hounded by his man-whoring reputation. Kate was eaten by sharks and he's left only with her artificial leg. T.J. Hicks (Eddie Griffin) invites him to Amsterdam. When T.J. is caught in a comprising position, he is suspected as the gay killer. Deuce has to go into the European gigolo world to clear T.J.'s name.I didn't mind the original Deuce Bigalow. It's silly but surprisingly, it has a bit of heart. Deuce is a rather likable goof but his character reflected in Kate's eyes is what gives him real heart. This one is missing Kate. Maybe Arija Bareikis didn't want to reprise her role although she has a small scene. Also it's not like she's that busy. This one has him falling for another troubled beauty. It's cute but it's also repeating the first movie. He has a whole new series of weird dates which is also repeating the first movie. It's not as hateful as one might expect but this is not good either.

Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo (2005): Dir: Mike Bigelow / Cast: Rob Schneider, Eddie Griffin, Hanna Verboom, Jeroen Krabbe, Douglas Sills: Despairing sex comedy sequel about sex and culture only this time Deuce heads to Amsterdam to clear his pimp's name of the murders of all the gigolos. Perhaps they weren't really murdered and just up and left the set in fear of being associated with this kinda of crap entertainment. Strangely enough the director's name is Mike Bigelow but despite his efforts, nothing could save this shameful spectacle. He may be extremely proud of his name but one wonders whether the name relation will haunt him after this. Rob Schneider returns as Deuce and again must hook up with an assortment of impaired women in order to learn who the killer is. With that said he basically repeats himself. The one funny performance comes from Eddie Griffin as pimp T.J. Hicks who is framed for murder and always caught on camera in the most embarrassing moments. Supporting roles mainly fall under the moronic or cardboard mode but none are interesting. The film exists because people were desperate enough to make the first farce a hit. It almost seems to applaud the behaviour presented without any consequences but it will throw in a lame moral tag line in the conclusion just to prove that a sucker is born every minute. Score: 3 ½ / 10

I loved 'Deuce Bigalow:Male Gigolo.'Even though the sequel was much funnier than the first,I can't admit that it was as good as the first.Sure, there were more funnier moments in it,but the first had more potential. The plot is basically the same as 'Male Gigolo',only it takes place in Amsterdam.Rob Schneider and Eddie Grifin return to their same roles as in the first.Rob Schneider plays Deuce Bigalow and Eddie Griffin plays TJ the man-whore.So you can tell that there's a good cast in this movie, since those are the only actors that I know in the movie. There's more gross-out humor and inappropriate dialouge than the first, which basically keeps the movie flowing.Bottom line? This is a worth-watching comedy that fans of the first movie will enjoy.

Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo was a funny movie that really was a break out role for Rob Schneider. Then after several years when I heard of a sequel being made I thought that it would be worth checking out since the first one was really funny. It started off slow and really killed off Kate pretty quickly. The movie basically had nudity, which the other did not have, yet it still wasn't worth the time or money. Rob Schneider is known for making pointlessly bad comedies, but this took it to a new low. This was even worse than The Animal and that was a bad movie. So please don't waste your time with this movie, because it really sucks.1/10
